Disappointment! Bought this tree and now the lights burnt out. I changed fuses, and bulbs it will not lite. Cannot get support.

Ordered a tree Sunday, shipment tracking says delivered to my office last night at 4:04pm, there were 3 of us here but no package. Then FedEx Tracking says out for delivery today. FedEx cant find it... もっと見る

Disappointing Product.

Bought a 9' Garland, LED battery. Very few lights and only on 1 side of garland. should have mentioned the one sided lights, also the number of lights. Unfortunate.

DO NOT BUY FROM TREE CLASSICS

I have posted my problems with Tree Classics elsewhere, bottom line is the products don't hold up, bought a $1200 tree in 09 and it was fine for 1 year total hassle to try to fix it in 2010 it now looks like it came from a dumpster, most lights don't work and the a lot hinged branches are broken. Decided to bite the bullet and buy another one this year accidentally bought a 12 foot tree and wanted a 10 ft. The only way after calling 4 times while the tree has not shipped to cancel and redo or change order etc it to wait on the tree to be delivered and then pay myself to return it and purchase another! I have been hung up on, lied to and feel totally cheated. DO NOT BUY FROM TREE CLASSICS! I have heard Balsam Hill is the same company, not sure, but I would not trust them without a lot of research. I will buy local though more expensive!

Burn your tree down

I bought the oregon spruce on Nov 7. I received it on Nov 10.

The bottom portion didn't work. I called on Monday morning Nov 14. They said they would ship me a replacement piece.

Nov 21 I called because nothing has arrived. I received no phone call at home, work or cell.

I was informed that it is "out of stock" and won't be manufactured until summer 2017.

Then they told me I could get a refund, if I ship the tree back AT MY EXPENSE. I could buy a new tree from them, at full retail.

What horrible, HORRIBLE company with no sense of pride in their products, no sense of guest service and product that does not work.

Almost perfect

After receiving my new Christmas tree a month or so ago, I unpacked it today. I was a little disappointed that the needles were so obviously plastic but I was really disappointed that it did not include a storage case. My last Tree Classics did and it was much used, making it so much easier to remove and return to the attic. I had seen references to the storage bag in the write-ups and thoroughly expected one to be included. Big disappointment!

The tree was in a good shape as expected.
The customer service was good and helpful. I was informed about all important matters of shipment, order and etc.

I would recommend to all this company.

My 2nd tree from Tree Classics

My first tree I purchased in 2012 and I had not plugged everything in correctly and the top part of the tree didn't work. I called the company and spoke to the VP and he sent me a gadget that helps find the burned out bulb. That is when I discovered I had not plugged in the top part of the tree correctly. My error but I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received and the going above and beyond to help me find the problem. I ordered another tree for my living room this year and am looking forward to assembling it correctly! I get so many compliments on my first tree for the shape of the tree, beautiful.

Wonderful Company, Exceptional Products

I've purchased a number of items from Christmas Tree Classics. After the 2015 Chrismas season ended, I purchased a Christmas tree with LED lights. Price was great, shipping was fast and free, lots of product to choose from. Later in the year I also purchased a lighted wreath and matching 8 foot garland. All the items were beautiful and shipped quickly. I would recommend this company with 5 stars.

Perfect Christmas Tree

I love love love this Christmas Tree, it is the perfect size, not too slim and not too chubby. The quality is very nice and it look so real. I would highly recommend this.

July purchase

Since I purchased the tree, our first artificial tree, in July, I have not had the opportunity to experience the full holiday tree. However, I did promptly take it out of the box, put it together and plug in the lights. I was very pleased with the ease of putting it together and also with the overall look and feel of the tree. Looking forward to putting it up for the holiday season and getting it fully decorated. My husband says if the tree looks as good in December as it did in July we may only remove the decorations and leave it up year round! So far we are very pleased with our first artificial tree and glad to have chosen Tree Classics.

Trying to return tree and get my refund.

I received my tree quality. Put it together. It wasn't near as full as I thought it would be and has a very bad smell. I called to get a shipping label to return ut and the told me they would send the request to shipping and email me it. That was three days ago. So I called again and they said it wasn't being processed yet that they would put it in again but it would be another 24 to 48 hours before I would get it again. I am tired of waiting for a shipping label. I would like to just return it and get my refund. Never hurd of having to wait for a shipping label. Should be able just to print one out like other places I bought things from. I am hoping to get my refund soon :(

ASPEN SPRUCE FLOCKED TREE

This is a beautiful tree once it is set up and fluffed. My only comment(s) is that the flocking falls off too easily when setting the tree up and there aren't enough pine cones as described. I wish there were a way of replacing some of the lost flocking. Being a light fanatic I do LOVE the fact that the 7.5 tree we purchased comes with 1200 lights, NICE.

Too heavy and too many bulbs need to be replaced each year

Although our 9 ft tree is beautiful and looks very real, it is very heavy even though it comes in 4 parts. Our other complaint is how many bulbs we need to replace each year. We end up spending way too much time replacing bulbs. We purchased a prelit tree for the main purpose of avoiding all the time we used to spend stringing lights. Now we spend all our time replacing bulbs. Very disappointed.
