Disappointment! Bought this tree and now the lights burnt out. I changed fuses, and bulbs it will not lite. Cannot get support.

Ordered a tree Sunday, shipment tracking says delivered to my office last night at 4:04pm, there were 3 of us here but no package. Then FedEx Tracking says out for delivery today. FedEx cant find it... もっと見る

perfectly satisfied

I’ve bought 2 trees but so far I can only comment on 1. The other was purchased following this past Christmas and is still in the box. So far however delivery was swift perfect and the tree has been amazing. I’m one that can make trash look good and not even to imply this is trash; it isn’t. If you’re doubting, don’t. This company has been great.

Amazing tree

I purchased a realistic branch tree during a sale. I was hesitant to even spend as much as I did with the sale price, but was thrilled with my tree. I immediately had my daughter choose one from the web site and purchased it for her as a gift to cherish for many years to come. She loved her tree as much as I love mine. We have told everyone about this site. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Colorado blue spruce and…

I ordered the Colorado blue spruce and there was a problem at the boarder where they held it for a while but I contacted treeclassics on Facebook and they replied quickly they were very nice helpful and patient with my complaint and the issue it go resolved fairly quickly after and I received the tree in one piece and when I took it out I’ve never seen a more beautiful full and real looking tree. I have to say I don’t understand the complaints on the estetics of the tree or the look of it unless it has a legit defect, it is flawless and gives life to the room, I am a perfectionist and I have to see this tree is a master piece And have not seen anything better in stores, if you want the perfect tree this one is it

Long hold times and no help.
I purchased a pre-lit LED tree for $400 in 2013 expecting it to last for a long time. In 2015 a small section of lights quit working. The warranty was expired. My husband was out of town so I decorated the tree and went on. In 2016 we were dealing with a family member who had a major stroke, so I decorated the tree and went on. I started calling in late November of 2017. The person who answered said the tree was out of warranty and the company did not sell replacement light strings. I emailed and described my dissatisfaction. I was given a case number to call back. I called back waited on hold for more than 30 minutes. I gave the person the case number. No help. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told one would call me back. I believe it was a week later when someone called me back and said that the company was out of light strings. I could purchase one in March. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the product quality and even more in the customer service. I wish I had bought my tree somewhere else.

***UPDATE** - PLEASE DO NOT BUY a tree from this …

***UPDATE**** Just to let everyone know, I responded to Tree Classics reply as requested and as of this date, they have not responded back to me. Their seemingly quick reply to rectify matters is a complete and total farce. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have absolutely no interest in serving the customer.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY a tree from this company. The product is horrible and so is the customer service. We purchased our tree in January 2017 as an after-Christmas item. We put it up in December 2017 and the LED lights went out in less than 2 weeks of use. We immediately contacted customer service and spoke with a friendly gentleman named Mike. Mike walked us through some trouble shooting, apologized profusely and because we still couldn't get the tree to light completely he told us we would receive a replacement tree in January. He again apologized, suggested we go out and buy a couple of strings of LED lights (which we did) and said because the tree is LED, it has to be a complete replacement and not just a replacement of the non-working section. Although not ideal, we understood. Things turned worse when we received a call from Kiera the next day who told us very unapologetically that we would not receive a replacement tree, but would receive a replacement section THE END OF NOVEMBER 2018. I told her that was unacceptable and that it made no sense for us to store a non-working tree and take a chance on their product so close to Christmas once again. I asked to speak to her supervisor, a woman named Putthy who said the same thing and refused to transfer me to her supervisor, claiming she didn't have one. I wish we would have never purchased from this company. Take our advice, spend a little more and buy from Frontgate. Our last one from them lasted well over 12 years and through several moves. We should have just spent a little more and gotten another one from them.

Am important consideration...

Tree Classics tree storage bags come in two sizes: large and small. Last year I bought a 6.5 foot tree, and this year I bought a bag for it. I bought the large bag, and I am very glad I did. While technically my tree should have fit into the smaller bag, doing so would have meant crushing it down just as it was when shipped. Using the larger bag allows me to put the tree away with very little compression, a which makes it much easier to put it up the following year (and maybe better for my tree). The smaller bag only makes sense if your storage space is very limited.

PS: Quality is top notch.

The tree I bought looks beautiful

The tree I bought looks beautiful, but it is more sparse than I had expected and it was not as easily connected as was suggested in the description. After putting all the ornaments on the tree it looks fine,I had just expected to not be able to see wires and the metal branch ends that connect to the trunk of the tree.

My school ASB purchased a tree and …

My school ASB purchased a tree and arrived damaged on 12/5 when we opened the box. This was unfortunate because it was for our school event. I tried calling twice - was on hold for 40 minutes each time. I then emailed with the picture of the damage. and received an automatic response saying my request was sent to a case support. Two days later without a response, I emailed again and then was sent another email saying I should call during off peak hours. without any mention of when that was- It also stated that any warranty info was to be handled only by phone. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. MY STUDENTS FUND-RAISED TO BUY THIS TREE AND IT COMES DAMAGED FOR THE EVENT WE PLANNED?? SO FAR YOUR COMPANY IS NOT A FAVORITE.

Beautiful Trees, Wreaths, Garland and Decorations not only for Christmas but year round

Tree Classics offers us creative and helpful decorating tips using both their products and designers that create them in their own homes. When my order arrived it was carefully packaged and the items were wrapped to prevent any harm. I really like their battery operated items so I can hang wreaths and boughs w/o cords hanging down my walls. If you care to follow along on social media you will see what I've found and you can sign up for newsletters and follow their blog all year round as their products can be used for other holidays than Christmas.

Disappointed

I was disappointed this tree was not full, it was so bare, even after I put all my ornaments on itt , it looked fake. My last tree I had was so full even before I put one single ornament on it. We lost our last tree in the flood that happened August 13th 2016, very sad to throw it away. I was so hoping this one would be the same. It's pretty but disappointing

tree didn't look full, noticiable gaps

Shipping was fast- moving and storage was great. But the tree looked like it was missing branches. I thought maybe the branches would relax after it stood for a few days. I ended up using ornaments to cover gaps. I expected a fuller tree for the money.
