Our tree has been great for the last 7 years, however, now entire pieces have stopped lighting up. I have tried replacing fuses, purchased a circuit tester, and purchased additional bulbs. I have spent hours trying to light up the sections that have stopped working. Next year, I will probably purchase a string of LED lights and wrap around the top of the tree. After that, I'll just haul it to the landfill. What is needed is a pre-lit tree where multiple bulbs can go out, but they do not affect the rest of the light string. What I need is a light whisperer......

I did lots of research and shopping online and in stores before purchasing this tree!! I decided on the 6 1/2 foot Majestic Blue Spruce. I waited and ordered it after Christmas. I took the tree out of the box and assembled to make sure everything was there and all the lights were working. Everything looked good. I did not fluff the tree because I was storing it for next year. I love the height and the fact that it is a slimmer tree! Can't wait to get it up and decorated next year!!!

I selected the Hallmark Castle Hill Pine as I needed it for a company holiday function and it came pre lit and partially decorated. I knew my setup time would be limited the night of the event and this looked like a great option.
This tree was lovely, had a rotating stand and I used the card holders to hold the gift cards we were giving away as door prizes. It was a great choice.
Easy to set up and take down and so life like. I recommend to anyone looking for a great tree at an affordable price that looked like it should have cost 3 times that amount

Shipping box was open not sealed. We have not opened or set up tree just yet.

Every thing was great from order to quality

Just replaced our 15-year old tree (that was originally from Tree Classics) with another 7' tree; it was time to move to LED and we are very pleased with the quality, shipping and service, yet again!

We did not assemble yet, but all of the lights did work. If a problem does exist by next Christmas I will contact you.

The tree I bought was perfect. We needed to downsize and chose the slimmer one. I was afraid to make the change without seeing the tree in a store. Took a chance and it worked.

Know one else had these replacement lights for my old artificial Christmas tree. Great inventory. Great price. Super fast shipping - I couldn't ask for more !

After looking at over 25 trees locally, I went on line to research there. Your trees came up with some of the best ratings. I ordered it several months ahead of December, but we never had time to check it out before we set it up. We were very pleased when we set it up. It was easy, and the lights really set it off. It was also very easy to take apart and store in the large red bag that we also ordered from your company. I would recommend this tree to anyone!

Highly recommend this tree and Tree classics!!

I had several branches where the white lights were no longer working. I ordered replacement lights to replace the burnt out bulbs. the replacements received were not an exact match for the existing lights on the tree, new lights have a white base and the lights on my tree have a green base and the hook mechanism didn't match either. I had to remove the bulb from both and out the new light i. the old base. quite time consuming.

We were looking for a smaller tree. Most smaller trees we looked at were not very nice. This one is perfect. It looks like a real tree. The lights are wonderful.

I was very surprised that my tree came in just 3 days(other sites I have used took much longer).The tree was the perfect size for the location and it was just perfect. Highly recommend and,if I needed something new,I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have not celerated Christmas in 16 years due to extended family issues. This year I was motivated to celebrate Christmas as I had as a child, with a tree and all my decorations, wanted to feel that old spirit. The tree was amazing and with the lights on it I was free to just add the decorations. I am disabled so doing the real tree and lights was out of the question. I had fun and will do this again in 2017. In the end I will give it to my church for future use. So easy to put up and than put away, fun to see the cat's under the tree and the height was just what I needed not to tall and no limbs to trim, no needles to clean up and tree to take to recycling. Thanks

This tree is truly beautiful and lifelike. Everyone who saw it thought so too. I was reluctant to order it because I did not think I would have time to decorate it for Christmas 2016. To my surprise the tree arrived in 3 days. It was very easy to setup, shape and decorate, and fits perfectly in the space I had for it. I am considering buying a second one to replace another bulky tree. Love my tree.
