I purchased this chain for my boyfriend in 2022 and it lasted so so long without tarnishing and was great quality but unfortunately he lost it.
I re-ordered it for his birthday this year and when I received it the quality has changed completely, itâs so lightweight compared to the first one he had it feels cheap , I checked my previous invoice to confirm it was the same chain and the product number is the exact same. Iâm disappointed in the change in quality over the past few years

Not faulty, but not worth the price
The product wasnât broken or faulty but the quality definitely did not seem good enough to cost $200+AUD. There was solid glue inside of the hat (I assume to keep the hat in shape but other fedoras donât seem to have this and have kept shape pretty well), and there were stray straws coming out of the hat. The straw of the hat is also quite thin and you can see light coming through the material quite easily (in some areas you can see through it a little)
