V prompt confirmation of order. Delivery info continually and helpfully updated and delivery was on time and efficient. Instructions for assembly were clear and shelving was quickly assembled and is sturdy.

We ordered a TV unit with a display cabinet and some shelves and I have to say that Trendy Products were a great company to deal with from the moment we started browsing their web-site. Their sales and customer service team were brilliant when we needed some advice and it was very easy to order with TP keeping us informed on delivery of the products. Brilliant furniture and would recommend to anyone. Well done TP.

Black Caty bookcase ordered on 14/11, website and order confirmation stated 'in stock and ready to go'.
- No further communication from Trendy Products.
- I had to chase for an update by email on 30/11
- Trendy Products Finally responded on 5/12 'my item has recently arrived with the delivery company, they should be getting in contact with you shortly to book your delivery'. 3 weeks after order placed for an item that was 'in stock and ready to go'.
- 8/12 email confirmation that delivery to take place 13/12. Delivery van alledgedly breaks down.
- Rescheduled for 18/12. Not on van, delivery note states 'WHITE CATY BOOKCASE'?!
- My follow up emails of 18 and 19/12 ignored.

I would suggest that this is significantly poor customer service. They have sat on my money with interest for over a month. Do not buy from this Company.

I have been waiting ages to get the chrome pebble rug and was delighted to find it at furniture Mind on SALE! I received it today and I’m in love! Who needs a designer bag when you can have a gorgeous designer rug! Absolutely love it!

Great product easy ordering and great prices

I placed an order on 12 November and received concirmation the delivery would be 3-4 weeks. I called to change the delivery address 2 weeks after ordering and was advised that i would receive confirmation that the delivery address had been amended. Now the delivery date has come and gone with no communication on when the delivery is due or that the address has been amended. Very disappointed with the service and now looking to cancel the order on Monday if there is no confirmation of delivery.

Delighted with the display cabinet. High quality product and coming pre assembled designed to be easily wall hung .Also well packaged and delivered within schedule . Has since drawn many favourable comments from friends and family .

I changed my mind when I saw the 6 week delivery time and requested a cancelation right away. I never received a reply to any of my emails or any confirmation of cancelation in my inbox, and of course no refund. After ringing customer services 4 times and being promised every time that on that particular day I will finally receive a confirmation, it has now been nearly 2 weeks and still no response.

I am having to request my refund through PayPal. Slow, inefficient and misinformative. Don't ever change your mind about a purchase as Trendy Products will make sure to drag things to no end.
