Purchased a property through Trentlaw Solicitors. Great service from start to finish. Kept me updated throughout and completed it within a very reasonable time. Have used Trentlaw for a number of years and will continue to do so.

A Naz Afzal dealt with the buyer's side of my sale. Shockingly slow and massively incompetent. Neither agent nor my solicitor could ever get a hold of her on the phone for a majority of the transaction. Took simply ages for the most basic of tasks (4 weeks for verifying funds, 2+ weeks to raise basic enquiries some of which she was raising questions on even after completion, numerous weeks after to vet them). The amount of time wasted due to her incompetence was mad. Eventually had to be cornered into agreeing a completion date and then offers one in exchange for a lower price because she apparently doesn't know what that latest mortgage offer states. Repeatedly sent contracts with the incorrect price till the date prior to completion. Either extremely unethical or really stupid. I wouldn't use them at the risk of getting landed with her so will never find out.

It has been great experience with professional group of solicitors. During my property purchase, I delt with many members and to my surprise, all were experienced, responsive and supportive. I started my case with Syed Saeed (Manager), who is highly experienced and honest professional. He advised me steps and document requirements.

Isha Ullah was my next stop. She was very helpful and responsive on all the communication throughout my case. My case was bit complex so she was able to walk me through the steps and getting the each steps closed by systematic way. It was a pleasant experience.

Last step of completion was with Isabella Coronato, who was communicating to me on regular basis. She was extending her help promptly wherever is needed.

Syed Saeed was handling overall transaction so he assisted the team in many places to get this closed in proper manner. Trent Law is a group of an experienced conveyancers with an attitude to resolve things in proper and nice manner. Very helpful and experienced team.
