We got our first time buyer morgage done through them and DEAN & VICENT were amazing help they did all the best deals possible for us and we are lucky to have them at our first buying experience. We took 1 year almost to finalise the things, still they helped being calm in best possible way, thts what you expect as a great customer service , ideal morgage advisor for sure. Jon at Trinity Finance has been outstanding from start to finish. Not only was he an excellent mortgage advisor, but he also offered informal advice (on a non-reliable basis of course) on various aspects of the mortgage and negotiations, which proved invaluable and even prompted discussions with our conveyancer, who hadn’t considered these alternatives!

Jon went the extra mile in communication, creating a WhatsApp group for my partner and me, and he was available to answer messages – even on weekends – when he knew we needed to expedite the process due to the vendors' shifting timeline.

We felt reassured and supported throughout, especially when both our conveyancer and estate agent fell short.
