My credit card number was stolen by them, charging $4000 worth of merchandise.

Paid for a bike computer holder - it never arrived. I have emailed the company multiple times to no response. Don’t buy from these guys it’s a scam and there’s plenty of good/ reputable options out there

Bought a Giro cycling helmet for over $250, as anything online they advertise returns etc..
I wore helmet once and found it uncomfortable and initiated a return
a) I had to pay for return myself
b) They declined my return since Helmet

OLD REVIEW Suspect there is another store with similar name that is confused for trisports.com as my experience with them before and after ownership change has only been positive. Quick response to questions via chat or email, quick shipping and never an issue with any product.

NEW REVIEW - get the negative reviews now, seems there’s been a change in approach...

Purchased item then turned it because product description misleading. Did try chat before order which was not working, also sent an email which was answered after shipped order). Was nonetheless charged for return shipping and later also noticed that was charged a restocking fee (item was never even removed from package as description was wrong) - email with confirmation mentioned deduction for return label but did not mention restocking fee which was also charged.

TriSports was go to store for 20 years but this transaction changed that. Think Dan Empfield would have wanted better from his customer service team.

Fatal compré unos tenis llegaron rápidos pero para ponerme en contacto con alguien imposible. Nadie contesta ni a los correos ni al tlf que ponen. Total me tuve que quedar con los tenis y eso q no me valían de talla. Nunca más compraré en esta tienda.

In Sandwash close a brilliant quirky shop selling antiques recently opened called Carter & Clair, I have bought a couple of items from here that have gone nicely in our home. If you haven't ventured down to this shop give it a go, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Ordered a backordered item, paid for it, estimated ship date got pushed back twice, then the order was cancelled without explanation. Follow up emails ignored.

Bonjour, j’ai installé l application trade republic j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise que automatique il m’a activé la commande de la carte physique à 50 € sans la demander, sur une liste d’attente. Donc impossible d’utiliser l’argent que j’ai déposer sur trade republic et impossible de créer une carte virtuelle. Pourtant sur leur site il indique bien que on peux au choix créer une carte virtuelle ou physique qui n’est pas vrai.

I have bought from TSR several times before without an issue. This time was a complete farce. I had the winning bid for Fox 36 Kashima coated forks. They arrived in a battered box with 2 pieces of crate paper for protection...
No bubble wrap, no padding, no extra cardboard, just paper.
Some how the stanchions survived the delivery, but the forks were covered in oil. Everywhere.
Reporting this to TSR, they couldn't have cared less. Short, dismissive replies with no explanation or surprise in how woefully packaged the forks were.
Trying to email TSR directly my emails were returned because their mailbox was full (??)
Absolutely dreadful service. Im genuinely shocked and disappointed in Tri Sport Resort.

Almost bordering on dishonest, this offshoot of Wiggle seem to relish winding up its loyal customers. Recently purchased a wheelset and the contents were delivered protruding from the packaging. The response - “the packaging was fully taped up”. Well, I’ve still got the packaging and the evidence is clear. Not good.

Después de leer aquí malos comentarios sobre la web dudé e hacer mi pedido pero esq las vans de stranger things están agotadas en todos sitios y bajo la desesperación me arriesge y el envío llego en me os de 48horas , súper bien embalado , la caja perfecta sin golpes y el producto genial.

No he tenido muy buena experiéncia. Pedí unas converse y a la hora de cobrarlas y que me llegasen todo perfecto, lo que pasa es casi lo de siempre cuando surge algún problema no son capaces almenos de contestarte para darte una solución! Ya no que te las cambien ni nada, sólo de contestarte y mostrar un mínimo de interés. Nunca soy de escribir x aqui xro al final a todos nos ayuda un poco a orientarnos a comprar en según que páginas. I give them a single star for a decent website. Beyond that, they are a waste of time. They cancelled my order twice, with no explanation or notification. This is a first for me using and online company. I placed two orders, one online and one with a person over the telephone. Someone in the company just cancelled both orders, after the credit card charge was approved, and did not notify me of the cancellation. Maybe they should not be doing business. They clearly don't know how to do this. I'll let everyone I can reach know to avoid this website and store. Its just a waste of time. I don't get it.

Useless / Rubbish. Bidder and Bought a item waited over a 2 weeks. Via eBay. Didn’t turn up. Wiggle says must of been lost they don’t have a tracking ref ?? and refunded me. I want the item not a refund . They say they don’t have another one so tuff. Useless company. Waste of time effort money. Never buy anything from them ever again. Seems to happen a lot looking at all the reviews. Scammers

trying to resolve an issue with a product and I have never experienced such abrupt and frankly rude responses - I had bought several things but the first thing that wasn't right has become a nightmare - I'm stuck and very stressed.....definitely taking your chances with buying from here.
