This shop is small but has so much to offer the dungeons and dragons and boardgameing fans where as most shops do alot of Warhammer stuff this is the opposite way round. Staff are uniquely friendly... もっず芋る

Tritex Games is owned and independently run by Jason Thornton. I have personally been involved in gaming circles for over three decades and have a true passion for the gaming hobby and all things sci-fi & fantasy. I always enjoyed playing games when I was younger but there was never a great range out there to play so I usually played the classics such as Risk and Monopoly. When I was a teenager I discovered Dungeons and Dragons and roleplayed for a number of years. In my early 20’s I got into playing collectable card games such as MTG and around this time I also learned to play other specialist games and was introduced to war gaming. I have always preferred playing shorter skirmish games such as Blood Bowl rather than larger scale battles and when WOTC introduced Dungeons & Dragons and Star Wars miniature games I played these for a while. I started up Tritex Games in 2004 as I found there was a need for a store that focused on supplying a large selection of fantasy and sci-fi miniatures for war gaming and roleplaying. The range has been growing ever since. In 2013 Fantasy Flight Games launched X-Wing miniatures and this game along with other popular miniature titles they produced such as Star Wars Imperial Assault and Star Wars Armada have become a core part of our range ever since. Tritex Games couldn’t be run without the help of a great team and I am fortunate to have the support of a great team my wife Bethany, Megann, Sandra, Sarah, Keyleigh, Joseph working alongside me. During the busy seasons and at trade shows my daughter Amber and a number of other staff come to work for us on a part-time basis and help us keep the orders flying out the door as fast as they come in. In 2017 we opened a new retail unit in Stafford for tabletop gaming and organising play.

This customer lives in Brazil and there were some communication errors on both our parts - probably down to e-mail communication but we hope to have resolved them and that the customer gets their items soon as expected.

Initial communication issues but good service thereafter

I brought two minis from this site for Marvel Crisis protocol. The items were delayed but that was beyond the sellers control, however at the time there was a promotion stating that if you brought two packs of crisis protocol mini’s you would get a full set of the updated player cards included FOC. These were not included and when I emailed Titrex, I received no response, it has now been a week.

Since the below, Jason has reached out and explained the issue, he has also agreed solve the problem. Will upgrade to 4 stars upon receipt :-)

Jonathan We had the offer on in March and I would have been happy to include the cards - I didn't notice they had been missed off but perhaps another staff member missed the offer I have had no e-mails from you and you have a phone number and direct e-mail on the flier that was enclosed to contact us. If I had I would happily send the cards separately. I will try to contact you directly but I would like to know what address you e-mailed?

Tritex Games has been supplying my gaming miniatures for some time now, the service I have received has always been exceptional. Customer service and communication has also been exceptional. Emails are regularly sent to keep me updated on offers and deals, on products that are of interest to me. There is never a shortage to choose from, and over the last few years, I have found that I can usually obtain the right miniatures required for scenario’s. I’m happy, my players are happy. Thank you.
