This shop is small but has so much to offer the dungeons and dragons and boardgameing fans where as most shops do alot of Warhammer stuff this is the opposite way round. Staff are uniquely friendly... もっず芋る

Tritex Games is owned and independently run by Jason Thornton. I have personally been involved in gaming circles for over three decades and have a true passion for the gaming hobby and all things sci-fi & fantasy. I always enjoyed playing games when I was younger but there was never a great range out there to play so I usually played the classics such as Risk and Monopoly. When I was a teenager I discovered Dungeons and Dragons and roleplayed for a number of years. In my early 20’s I got into playing collectable card games such as MTG and around this time I also learned to play other specialist games and was introduced to war gaming. I have always preferred playing shorter skirmish games such as Blood Bowl rather than larger scale battles and when WOTC introduced Dungeons & Dragons and Star Wars miniature games I played these for a while. I started up Tritex Games in 2004 as I found there was a need for a store that focused on supplying a large selection of fantasy and sci-fi miniatures for war gaming and roleplaying. The range has been growing ever since. In 2013 Fantasy Flight Games launched X-Wing miniatures and this game along with other popular miniature titles they produced such as Star Wars Imperial Assault and Star Wars Armada have become a core part of our range ever since. Tritex Games couldn’t be run without the help of a great team and I am fortunate to have the support of a great team my wife Bethany, Megann, Sandra, Sarah, Keyleigh, Joseph working alongside me. During the busy seasons and at trade shows my daughter Amber and a number of other staff come to work for us on a part-time basis and help us keep the orders flying out the door as fast as they come in. In 2017 we opened a new retail unit in Stafford for tabletop gaming and organising play.

Great service

Great service, ordered some miniatures and forgot to ask for the stat card ask via email and despite my order having already been dispatched they offered to post the stat cards separately. Excellent customer service!

Sorry Alan to get this review which was for a Superglue which we are not able to sell on eBay for many reason not withstanding the inability to check the age of who we are selling it to. We explained this but does not reflect us as a business. We are simply being responsible. I am sorry you are dissapointed we cancelled your order but it is in our terms and conditions to allow us to do so,

Sorry you felt the need to leave a 1* review on Trust pilot after we discussed the the reason for a 2 day delay in shipping your order yesterday which were out of our control and no retailer could have got your order to you any faster given stock only arrived with us late on Tuesday this week and it is only Thursday? I am sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 Star feedback as we are an independent retailer who has been responsive to your e-mails, sent out your goods in a timely manner and done the best we can, 1 Star review is meant for terrible customer service I believe is unfair in this instance. I have e-mailed you again in relation to this order to give you tracking information on the order.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Placed an order for a theme booster display box (12 theme booster) at the silly low price of £8. When it was due for dispatch I received an email telling me I had ordered a single theme booster and asking which type I wanted. Further enquiries where met with poor excuses, blaming their own staff and a general failure to take onboard my feedback. The apology I did receive felt empty as it was accompanied by an instance that they had provided good customer service, by 'taking the time' to email me. In the end of the day, we all make mistakes and wouldn't have felt the need to leave negative feedback if they had just taken responsibility for their mistake in the first instance. In summary if you find anything listed at a good price on this website, it's probably a mistake!

I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review as we apologised to you multiple times today. The listing was incorrectly stated as we discovered. We had listed an item worth £108 for £8. When we discovered the mistake we offered you a full refund or the product you paid for at 1/2 price with free shipping which you are aware would have still lost us money but was a fair offer that you chose not to accept. Instead you decided on a refund which we gave you but not before threatening negative feedback unless I gave you £108 worth of stock for £8, Which as an independent retailer I could not afford to do. We believe in taking responsibility for our mistakes and I apologised on behalf of our staff and myself so I cannot understand how you suggested that we failed to take your feedback onboard or take responsibility for our mistake. Our feedback below speaks for itself and thousands of customers testify about our excellent customer service.
