I've used this product ever since I began motorcycling and it's always served its purpose. Great value for money and will continue to buy. This one in particular also comes in a nice packaging.

I placed an order for a Grime guard bundle on the 14th of June order number #528661 I also paid for next day delivery as we were moving house on Monday 19th and I wanted to use your products on my bike at the weekend. Clearly no fault of yours but there was a delay in the FedEx delivery which I monitored via the app and my package was held up/delayed in transit. When it was finally delivered we were no longer at the property which was on the FedEx delivery and the products were returned to sender. I notified Tru-tension of my concerns when the package was delayed in transit and received a reply from Josh who said he would inform me if/when the package was returned.

I received an email from Josh on the 22nd of June informing me that the package had been returned and could i send him the new delivery address for the package to be sent, I replied immediately with my new address

I followed up with an email on the 30th as it had not arrived, as I received no response I emailed again on the 3rd of July again asking for an update. As no reply was received I emailed on the 4th of July asking for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued, again NO response. 7th July STILL NO REPLY, NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND 😡
* Received a partial refund later on the 7th July presumably after they read this review?

I use tru tension sprays and tools for most of my motorcycle and mountain bike maintenance, they do everything so well, from chain adjustment to keeping things clean and moving smoothly, tru tensions marketing and communication is great without being over bearing, I recommend tru tension products to anyone I teach as a motorcycle instructor, keep up the great work.

I brought the chain cleaner & lube kit for the first time, it makes life so much easier with grime guard no mess on stress, would recommend this product, And the delivery was fast as well.

Tru-Tension has been a reliable source for high quality cleaning and maintenance products, most notibly the grime guard. All of their products fail to dissapoint and I highly recommend Tru-tension to anyone in need of mountain bike, Go- Karting and or motorbike maintainance equipment.

Father’s Day present ordered weeks and weeks ago and still not received. Multiple emails sent chasing and all ignored. Will never use this company again. Apparently it was dispatched but despite no attempt at delivery was returned to sender.

What can I say, 5/5 stars for me. Purchased the Link Monkey and Mega Tool Bundle ready to get my chain changed on my Ninja 650. Arrived next day, much quicker than expected. Brilliant service from Tru-Tension, I’ve used their products before, but the first time I’ve ordered directly and very satisfied! Will definitely order again directly in the future.

Some of the best bike cleaning stuff out there tried loads over the years but these are top notch will always get for me motorbike and I also have a chain tensioner and Lazer aligner from these great for quick accurate chain or tyre replacements

Very easy too order was sent out quickly and was super happy when it all arrived

I used to use Muc-Off but Tru-Tension cycle drivetrain cleaner is the best I’ve ever used. Chain is always gleaming after use. Lubes are excellent and work great for me on both bikes. Disc brake cleaner and the other sundry frame protection items are also excellent. The value is great too as you can use less product because the cleaning effect is more efficient. My purchase arrived in a timely manner with everything in one box too. Recommended retailer as far as I’m concerned.
