Bought 2 rings 1 fits lovely.The other 1 is big and bulky. It hurts my fingers as the stones go fully round the ring.wish I hadn't bought it now.

Item was delivered to the incorrect address by the delivery service, unfortunately out of pocket now. I cannot rate the product fairly as I havent seen the ring i ordered in person :( going by the image it was stunning on the website!

I am truly sorry to hear that your order has not reached you. I completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially when you were looking forward to receiving your ring.
As soon as you informed us that the delivery photograph did not match your property and that neither you nor your neighbours had received the parcel, we immediately raised an investigation with Royal Mail. While we await their findings, I have arranged for a replacement ring. However it may take up to 14days as our rings are not mass produced.
I have also sent you a personal email so we can keep you updated directly as we work to resolve this for you.
Please be assured that I will continue to monitor your case personally until we reach a satisfactory resolution.

I ordered for a birthday not realising the delivery was beyond the date. I messaged pleading the case however it wasn’t possible to fulfill in the given time slot but they did however get it to me post haste. So fair play and the jewellery was lovely and loved by the recipient
