very happy with the quality of clothes, the shirts I received were great. Though I ordered some lounge pants in a size Small (the smallest size it allowed me to purchase) and upon arrival they honestly seemed like they were 3 sizes way too big. I'm not sure what's going on with the size charts here but these pants were definitely not a small. Other than that, great quality and I liked the touch of a free sweet.

I bought a flask for my granddaughter I ordered it Tuesday from Yorkshire and had it delivered to my daughter's in Devon it came the next day and she loved it very impressive service would definitely shop here again the only flaw was it was delivered to my daughter's neighbour who clearly has a big number one on her door my daughter is at 2 which I put on the address but they kindly returned very reasonably priced items thank you

Velocissimi, ho fatto l'ordine alle 10 del mattino è alle 16 avevano già spedito il pacco che è arrivato il giorno dopo.
Purtroppo essendo un negozio UK bisogna pagare la dogana, con UPS ho dovuto pagare 34€.
Ma l'avevo già messo in conto, infatti ho acquistato articoli non disponibili da nessun'altra parte.

Great service with this company but delivery service is very poor as they use amazon. Where I live amazon just dump parcels on the main busy street...so I cant find or locate my parcel. This company penalised me for amazon's fault on deliveries.
A few weeks later I made an order and they cancelled it due to delivery going missing or delivered the wrong place. I won't be using this website no more...I actually liked this company but to be punished over stupid drivers is a joke. I asked the company to delete my account. Im done...absolutely fuming.

I have been buying from truffle shuffle for myself, my husband and kids for at least a few years now, always a good interaction. Sizing can be a bit off depending on the different styles of T-shirts/sweatshirts. If in doubt I ask them and they advise, on the occasions that they haven’t fit despite me checking they have provided a free returns label to return or exchange, this has happened a couple of times and the customer service have been fantastic! Including a tee I bought for my husband that was not the size it should have been but another hassle free return and refund. I have also ordered a couple of times and forgotten to add the discount and when I reach out they refund the difference without an issue. I have a lot of t shirts and sweatshirts and the quality has been very good, all have washed well we have never had an issue on quality yet. Some t shirts are thicker than others but I can tell that from the pictures so it’s not unexpected and even the thinner ones are still good quality. I have had a issue with faulty loungefly bags which as they are a brand they sell and packaged up by the manufacturer wouldn’t be picked up by them but again they have returned free of charge and replaced promptly so no complaints. It’s refreshing to deal with a company with such a friendly, helpful and reliable customer service so even with small hiccups it’s made us very long term customers and we highly recommend to others. They stock in hmv now but I still prefer to deal with them directly. Love this company.

I received a 'Feathers Mcgraw' tee for my birthday! Loved it but it was too small! Sent back which was easy to exchange, not only did I get a message back a day later to say it had been received, I actually received a larger size tee the day after that! Unheard of and brilliant service! Great tee too, I will be using TS again without doubt

The new Labyrinth bag and wallet recently dropped on their site. The site states ‘ships world wide’ but when I entered in my US address to purchase the wallet (bags sold out fast) I received an error message of ‘item does not ship to your country. Please select a different country.’
I reached out to the company’s business chat via Instagram and within 24 business hours they responded back saying that there was a technical issue on their website with the error message and that they are working to fix asap. The person I spoke with was very polite and apologetic. They recommended I try to purchase in a couple of days, and sure enough. I was able to purchase the wallets (one for my husband who’s a huge fan and one for my mom!). I know it will take some time from UK to US but based off the customer service experience so far, I’m not worried.

They arrived in less than a week! Super fast and packaged very carefully.

Just don’t expect trad style T shirts to be made of Polyester (recycled or not) from a company like this that seemed switched on. Who wants to wear plastic?

I have ordered from you many many times due to having a Labyrinth obsessed daughter!
Customer service is always fantastic, speedy delivery, quality of items wonderful and true to size.
You have such a unique collection of items that I must admit, I often find myself perusing for hours.

There was an issue on my delivery, it was the fault of UPS. Truffle Shuffle responded straight away and resent the order with DHL, even though it wasn't their fault. Really excellent customer service. It was a birthday gift and it arrived in time. Hugely appreciative of this.

Absolutely lovely customer service from Evie ! Was a little worried about a mix up on my end about a flat number ! But arrived today and is absolutely perfect and what I was looking for item wise .

I'm a first time buyer and bought 3 t shirts all in the same size. 2 were okay ( thought the print on one isn't very good. I have a feeling it will peel off), but the third shirt was down to my knees ( I'm 5ft8) and wayyy too big. It wasn't described as a dress on the site.
So today I returned the one t shirt as per instructions on their website.
It cost £5.75! For a tracked return. I nearly fainted.
I won't be buying again. I can cope with an evri £3.99... but nearly £6... if I'd sent it 1st class it was over £7!!!
The chance of having to return something has put me right off.

Print on T-shirt was very poor when arrived, immediately returned for a refund at my own expense because no free returns. Refund amount only for T-shirt, so I’m £8 down. No apology for the inferior quality, rubbish returns policy, avoid. Try Printerval instead

Incredibly speedy service, I placed an order 7pm Saturday night and recieved the order Monday morning. Plus the products are beautifully made and always exactly the size i order. Bought an amazing cardigan with no pulls, the jumpers are really soft inside and the t-shirts are great

I brought a loungfly hoodie and choose the size from the chart it provides u with. The hoodie was massive on me. They need to change the size chart. I've had to pay to return it so am really not happy

I ordered a cardigan on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday.

Received my feathers mcgraw jumper today! Absolutely fabulous jumper. Good quality and the print is like a faded retro style. I'm a size medium but I bought a large as wanted it oversized and it's perfect 👌

Parcel simply did not arrive, and was “rejected” by me although I was not in the house all day and has been returned to sender. How may I get a refund? I’m a 15 year old with no job trying to buy my friend a Christmas present I don’t have £15 to spare.
