We aim to provide a reliable, hassle-free moving service, so it’s very concerning to learn that the vehicle size and inventory list were not accurate on the day of your move. This is not the standard we strive for. All bookings should be carefully reviewed to ensure the correct van size is allocated and that every item discussed is properly recorded.

We also understand how frustrating it must have been to complete multiple trips yourself after expecting a full-service move. Your time, effort, and trust in choosing us are extremely important, and we regret that we fell short.
