I have been using Ultra Knee sleeve for 2years now, and I am always satisfied with the items, I wear it everyday and Helps me move like a normal person with out meniscus tear. I will definitely buy it again and i highly recommend the Ultra Knee sleeve, their customer service also did exceptional job, when i got the first one but doesn't fit they replace the items right away free of charge.kudos to the We Releive Team. My first WeRelieve knee support was a slightly loose fit.
WeRelieve sent me a free replacement which is excellent.
The quality is good and the design avoids the problem of the Velcro pulling apart when flexing the knee. Function and support are therefore maintained.
Very pleased.
It would be better if a choice of size was available when ordering.

Have osteoarthritis in left knee which benefits from the knee joint being adequately supported. The most recent knee support purchased from Werelieve was excellent very comfortable yet providing adequate support lowering pain. The company takes customer satisfaction seriously . One slight demerit is the delivery time from placing order which is understandable bearing in mind product is supplied from China.

I purchased the WeRelieve Cervical Massager, and it was very uncomfortable for my neck, so two days after receiving it I requested a refund under their 90 day guarantee which says "if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered , simply reach out to us, and we’ll make it right!" So guess what? They refused to provide me with a refund and instead offered store credit. When I told them there's nothing else in their store I want, and that a refund is what will "make it right," they said no.

I highly recommend NOT buying anything from WeRelieve because they do NOT live up to their promise of "making it right" when you're not satisfied with what they send you.

WeRelieve is a product I trust and use to help correct my posture. I saw an add for Werelieve and said let me give it a try. It really does perform. At first I was having a problem and contacted the company. Customer service was wonderful and they solve my problem immediately. A lot of companies offer a good product and fail on customer service. The people at WeRelieve have a very good product and have outstanding customer service.

I've been using both the gloves for Arthritis in the hands and the knee brace for Bone on Bone Arthritis and they have both been really, really healing to both my hands and my knee.
Customer service has been awesome also anytime I've had a minor issue with shipping to deal with.

Phenomenal product and great customer service!!!

First of all, the quality and functionality of the sleeves is excellent! I had right knee replacement, and my left knee is in the same condition, bone on bone. But no pain. I wanted a support that would keep my knee in line and prevent any twisting or torquing. It works! Also, when I had question on proper fitment, they answered my question and provided me with the proper size sleeve at no cost.

I have been using the Copper version of the knee support for the last two years. Prior to that I purchased the grey supports which comes with additional straps for use, if required. Both types are very effective in ensuring that i do not experience any of the twinges any longer. After 13 years of having knee arthritis, the supports have enabled me to undertake daily pain-free walks with my dog, ensuring also that I do not go under the knife for treatments. At the age of 70, I'm still able to use them during my gym activities- leg press exercises (110kgs), leg extensions, leg curls, squats etc..
Obviously, since my legs have lost the fat and become leaner, the supports have become looser and the additional straps have become superfluous. I have formulated the view that perhaps if the straps were incorporated within the design with extra velcro, then this would obviate the looseness. This is just my opinion.
All in all, the supports have served me very well.

I ordered my Product but it was little big so I sent a email explaining the size of the knee Brace and the company staffs were so good, they sent me new one straight away without asking any questions. And it was good fit. I would really recommend anyone about We Relieve. Even after washing many times nothing happened, still in a very good shape, it's a real good material. They are really good. Thank you we Relieve.

Knee compression (copper) both types of we relieve knee braces for my tendon. Certainly pleased with this group.

The customer service was exceptional and I'm ordering my 3rd brace. It's the best knee brace I've found. It provides support but also allows me to move and be active.

I ordered the extra large knee support. It was too big. I contacted your company and received a quick response from Rohan. He told me to measure my calves. I sent him the measurements. In no time I received the next smaller size. It fits perfectly and works very well. The customer service was fantastic!!!

I ordered a back support from these guys not realizing it was going to be shipped from USA but it arrived with me. The size i ordered was L as per their measuring chart on the web site. When it came, the support was very tight and started to cut into me around the arm pits. The product itself was very good.

I couldn't live with the size so I e-mailed their Customer Support and explained the situation. They said dont worry as they would send me a replacement to me. I asked if they needed toe product back but they refused. I sais it would be no problem to return it but no, i could keep it. I ordered an XL and again it took some time to arrive but it did and this time the product fits.
I have no complaints (apart from the time it took to arrive in the UK) and well done to their Customer Services for sorting that problem out for me.
Would recommend the product as it actually works...........

Very happy with new knee support. This is the second one I have bought. I have had the other for a few years and it is still doing its job. Excellent customer service.

I bought essential oils from this website, the peppermint oil came in a bigger bottle and worked really well (I was diluting it and spraying it around doors and windows to stop ants from coming in). I also ordered frankincense oil which came in a roller, only wish the roller bottles came in bigger sizes.

Im sorry to see some poor reviews. Maybe they need to find out why. My original sleeves were to big, just a little. I contacted support and they sent me better ones that has a velcro strap top and bottom and I didn'teven return the orginal. I wore the things today and I bet I've had them for three years. They still work. Too bad my knees are finally saying replace me. I'll wear them as long as I can!

I've had few knee support goods from this company from arthritis supports and padded support also with the straps to use in x Crossways and or above and below knee found all gave me support I needed 1 type for work other general day use highly recommended
