The delivery was as and when stated, the chair was packaged extremely well. Easy to assemble, (only the legs to screw on). Contact and updates on the order and pending delivery couldn't have been better.

The quality of the chair is good, it looks fabulous in my lounge. Very happy with my purchase.

The customer service is fantastic, I didn't need to use customer service but I had a courtesy call from them to say as it's bank holiday it will be a couple of extra days, I had the tub within the week from ordering, I read the reviews before I bought which is a habit of mine before buying anything now and I was impressed, went ahead and I'm over the moon with my two seater tub, I sit in the kitchen a lot and I'm so happy with it, great quality and colour, delivery much much quicker than I expected, 5 stars all the way, can't fault these people. Excellent. Very easy to order online with loads of choice. Delivery was 2 days with plenty of updates and call from the couriers 45 minutes before arrival. The chair is really nice, looks smart in my living room and is comfortable to sit in.

Ordered a tub chair, within 30 mins received a call to confirm order and delivery date, 3 days prior to delivery received a call again confirming del date and carrier.
