Pictures cannot do justice to the products and overall experience of receiving your own Tusting bag.

The leather is exquisite (kissable!) and their customer service is prompt and extremely human (as opposed to robotic responses from other companies). The quality of their bags is on par with major luxury brands- you have to get one for yourself to understand.

Their bespoke services are unlike any other brand that I have come across: I was able to get my late father's handwriting debossed in gold in the bag I gifted to my mother. I am now in discussion with the team for a possible third bag (I got out first bag less than a month ago) to see if I can use a piece of clothing belonging to my late father to line a completely customized bag for myself.

I just love my Stamford in burnt orange (super fit) as well as the GreyFox Backpack (best style ever). Both items with the best possible quality.

Recently bought the Cardington bag (my third purchase from Tusting), and I'm so so pleased. Beautiful quality leather, wonderfully made, feels like it will be a piece that will be with me forever as it will age so well and is an understated design. Love the fact that there is a repair service - by the same craftspeople who make the bags - so really is the opposite of fast fashion. Also love the fact that this is a 5th generation family business, and the bags are made here in the UK in their own factory. The personalisation option (either with initials or with a message inside the bag) is also a really classy option - particularly great as a gift. I know I wiil be back for a fourth bag at some point.....!

Purchased two bags online to be sent to Hong Kong. Both bags arrived timely and in perfect condition. Very happy with the quality. The colours of the bags were exactly as shown on the website.

Great customer service! I have bought a few bags, one (regular Holly) was exceptional quality, the other (greta) had an issue with the magnetic closure, however, it was it still beautifully crafted. The leather quality is outstanding and the prices are fair. Only reason I go back to them, even though one bag had an issue, is their amazing customer service and leather quality. I highly recommend. Reason for 4 stars is due to the greta bag having an issue with the magnetic closure; it wasn't strong enough and would cause the bag to easily open up. I had to return but they made the return process easy.

I purchased a full set of WNU x Tusting Weekend Holdalls for my wife's birthday. She loves the bags and I was very impressed with customer service and delivery.

Although i was told the mini holly bag was out of stock and i’d need to wait a few weeks( it was over Christmas holidays so was expecting a delay) to my surprise it arrived tracked, signed for and was beautifully packaged with its dust bag way sooner than expected. It’s elegant, petite, beautiful and stylish, surprisingly spacious and definitely an heirloom for the future, well worth the wait! Quality is stupendous.
Service was friendly and excellent- informing me of delay and follow up emails to check i was pleased with purchase. It’s a fabulous bag and it really feels like a bespoke service you get from an understated but excellent British family business. Highly recommend.

I have looked at your handbags and decided on Mini Holly in Pecan . Contacted customer services with a query whether in stock, length of strap and despatch as nearing Christmas. Reply was quickly received and order made. Bag arrived, day after order placed, with a little extra, Ladybird flew out of the packing tissue.

Tusting’s bags are so chic and timeless. Outstanding quality, traditional British design but with a cool twist. Love their partnership with India Hicks too…on my third bag and counting!

But the best thing by far is Tusting’s customer service which is next level. In this day and age when everything feels so transactional and impersonal, when even “luxury” brands make you queue up outside their stores as if waiting to buy a loaf of bread, the Tusting family and their team make you feel like one in a million every single time you reach out to them. This is true luxury to me, thank you Tusting!

The quality of the materials used is excellent and the workmanship for each item is superb.

What a wonderful British company producing exquisite hand made products from superior leathers and other materials. Most are sold under their own name but they have also produced for Church’s Shoes and for M & S Best of British range.

I recently made many purchases at their annual sample sale. A laptop bag was missing the shoulder strap. No problem as one was swiftly provided to complete a Christmas present.

I am a fairly new Tusting client and I am really impressed with the beautiful quality of their bags. I also like the fact that they are reasonably priced, unlike some of their competitors, who, in my opinion, charge ridiculous amounts for their bags, and have priced themselves out of the market. Tusting customer service is also head and shoulders above their competitors, especially Lucy Kershaw, Customer services, coordinator, who goes above and beyond in her friendly and efficient service. I will certainly be buying more lovely bags from Tusting.

They are the most beautiful bags - fabulous quality and amazing customer service. I have work bags, handbags and small leather goods and I use them every single day.
