I've got waiting for my order for almost 2 weeks, I guess I got screwed.

I had given up thinking that this was a scam but last week the gift my daughter order for Mother's Day showed up. Almost threw the package away...

I ordered a necklace for a Val's day gift and can U imagine I got it in August 🤦🤦from February_august please save your money not liable

I've been waiting for over 3 months now and still have not received any news of my order nor am I able to contact the company. They took my money and will not offer me a refund. I am very disappointed. I highly recommend you to not buy anything from Tutulver!

Took several months to arrive, ordered back in April, only just received my package today (almost August). However, their customer service department did response in a timely manner to all my emails, although they weren’t very helpful in telling me where my package was. I’m giving this company three stars though as the necklace I ordered is very beautiful and the engraving is well done and tasteful. The only other complaint is that I ordered a necklace with 4 drops on a ring, as opposed to the usual amount of three. This proved problematic as the ring is too small to support all drops, had to got to a craft store to get a larger ring that will hopefully work. I do really like the necklace, but I wouldn’t order again.

I did not receive my order.. when I wrote them a comment that I didn't receive they blocked me on Facebook!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. MY HUSBAND ORDERED THE MOTHER'S DAY NECKLACE IN MAY AND WE NEVER RECEIVED IT OR A REFUND. EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Update: The item finally arrived - but they took 10 weeks to send it out, and then another two to get here. Almost scammy behavior.

I ordered for Mother's day and today - July 23th - nothing has arrived yet. They don't respond to emails - worst unreliable website ever!

I ordered a necklace for Mother’s Day for my mom. Ordered it around May 7th. It did not come for a month and I thought it was a scam, forgot about the necklace and today July 20 it finally came. Even though it came would not ever order from them again. Costumer service is awful, comes from a factory in China, on the website it says that it comes from France.

If you're thinking about buying something from this company, don't. I bought something for my wife on May 5 and today is July 10. No product has been seen and anytime you write to the company, you get the standard checks in the mail. This company is in China and they don't care about customer support, all they want is your money. I gave them a deadline of having the product in hand by Aug 1, or it would be disputed with the credit card company for a full refund.

If I could I would give them a ZERO!!! They will take your money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Do not buy from this company. I had ordered a ROSE GOLD Neckless for my wife for Mother's day in April 2020 and I am just not receiving the item which is June 26th. When I opened the item there was no ROSE GOLD which I paid $10 extra for. So when I emailed customer service they told me that I would have to pay $20 USD for ship the item back. I am not going to pay more money. They also said that the item was checked before it was shipped which is a lie cause they would have noticed the item not being ROSE GOLD. So please do not order from this company.

This is apparently a complete scam site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. FB and PAYPAL should ban them immediately.

I ordered a necklace 2 months back. Still not received. Their customer service, Vango group, is just beating around the bush. This is a scam. PayPal should ban this.

WARNING: Ordered a $36.00 necklace for Mothers Day on 4/29/20, never received my order. Looks like a lot of other people had the same issue. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!

Horrible disappointed I ordered my mom a beautiful necklace for Mother’s Day I still never got it and no one has been contact me through email this company is completely horrible I’ve been emails left and right and still got nothing and my mom couldn’t open anything for Mother’s Day because that was her necklace that she was going to open!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY ANGRY 😡
