Very unprofessional staff. They do not use punctuation, grammar, or capitilisation when messaging potential customers.
When you exit a chat, because you're not interested in the pricing, the person will then call you and harass you. When you tell them about their unprofessionalism and why you are hesitant in using the service, they tell you they don't want your business anyway and that they haven't received that kind of feedback before.

I am more one people that has been scammed by this web site!! Same history.. they say that have a used solution for an assessment, request the payment of U$50 and after it paid, they say that solution is not available. So they offer a new solution with 700 words or new solution, and requires the minimum of $350 to get the assessment done. I asked to them to explain me that. But no reply at all.

How do you allow to yourself to publish a case and attribute it to your site when you know that this is not done by you at all , but rather my case, and the one give this case report to you will be accountable. They steel my work .some one give them my case report and they said done by them they are lying

They are stealing money of students, there website shows they have used solution for a specific assignment, but after payment, they say we don't have used solutions, you can pay more 200-300$ for new solution or we adjust your money to your wallet. They steal my money, not returning me and not providing me the used solution for what they have charged my amount. Don't pay and don't trust this company.

The essay was absolute garbage. Looked like it was written by a high schooler, not academic standard. Didn't even address the essay criteria. Was structured terribly.

They are the scammers. They send a small piece of solution even when i paid for full one and after asked the money for other part. Be aware of them and NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. And now, they simply not answering me

This is a fraudulent enterprise. I have been provided with a bogus report with no remote connection to the solution I had paid for. They stalled me for a day and now are not replying to my request for refund. Got screen shots of in portal conversations and emails to back my claim. If anyone wants to take legal action please contact me for evidence. I am planning to take action as well.

I am having the same problem like everyone. It is a scam and they have called me for the money i have paid them and my due date is today. They supposed to give me my order today but nobody is picking my call and now i am helpless.

This is a scam. do not fall for it. The solution provided has the worst quality and do not give a solution to the statement required. It is guaranteed you will lose your money by using this service.

I have requested a solution for programming and paid for that. After, one day I received a .zip folder with a video in it. I checked the video, it illustrates how to open a folder. And then after complaining I was sent with a bogus .pdf file. Now, it's been 2 weeks asking for a refund, they are not taking any action. IT'S A SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. This type of website should be removed from the Google search listing. However, I'm going to make a formal complaint now to the Police, Bank, ACCC, and ASIC to make further inquiries.
The people who are giving high ratings to this business are none but the scammers creating new IDs and giving rating to themselves.

This guys are SCAMMER.. the so called expert they engaged are dumb and can not even construct correct sentence. I found the service appualing. Be advise not to waste your hard earn money. I am lodging a formal complaint against them if my money is not refunded.

What a scam! These guys are trying to take your money quite easy. Never ever fall in their trap. They took money from my card (reflects in my account) and the transaction was failed and asked me to pay again.

I am an Australian national of Indian origin and this morning a person with a Indian voice but his mobile number showing Australian 0480018824 immediately rang after I made USD $53 payment and mentioned he has not received the payment.On further enquiry, i noticed a Unit address based in Burwood, VIC on their website, mentioned as physical address. It seems to me that they have uploaded few University past assignments to look original and I am convinced these are Indian scammers who are now in the business of defrauding Australian public. i will be complaining to ACCC, ASIC and Police to make further enquiries. Please do not part with any money.
