I have used this tv service on holiday twice now and will continue doing so. It is so easy to set up and if you have any problems at all they are on hand straight away to solve your issue. To cancel your subscription is simple and to set ot up again is straightforward, for a technophobe like myself I was so happy with the service 😀

Michael and the team have been nothing short of exceptional with their service, response time and overall attention to customer service. Set-up process is very fast, efficient and easy to follow. No issues at all with connectivity. Overall a fantastic service led by Michael who I can't help but feel is an AI robot given the such prompt response times!

I used this for the first time in June. I paid for one month as I was in Spain. It was easy to connect but I mucked it up but the Customer Service was excellent. Once I had a connection it was excellent. I will be using it again because I enjoyed UK tv . Thanks. Recommend. David

Easy to get connected and use. Never failed during my recent trip to Sri Lanka, allowing me to use BBC I player
and ITV player.

Faultless while away in the Greek Islands. Will re activate on all future trips.

I've used TV on Holiday on half a dozen occasions over the last few years. For the most part, the service has been absolutely faultless and I would highly recommend it.

On one occasion, I did struggle to sign into UK television, but I dropped Michael a line after doing a considerable amount of searching online to try and identify what the problem might be. I had a really speedy and helpful response, and I had the system back up and running within a couple of minutes.

Customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I wanted to watch TV on my phone/tablet by the pool. I came across this website and from start to finish is was so easy. Micheal responded so quick to my questions. It was so easy to set up and cancelled as soon as I came back from holiday. Will definitely use it each time I am away. Can not fault them at all.

Easy to set up to use while on holiday (carnt miss my soaps) Could use all the top streaming platforms.

From initial enquiry to ending my subscription this service was exceptional.
Michael answered all my questions promptly before I even subscribed.
When I decided to sign up,he helped me through every step.
The experience of having tv on holiday ,really was great for the evening in my room.
I had one glitch, I emailed Michael, he responded within an hour & it was sorted.
I'm not tech minded ,but I found it easy to navigate to get what I wanted.
Overall I will be using this for my next & future holidays.

I have been using this service for years, activating when needed. Works like a dream, and enables seemless viewing of UK TV channels anywhere in the world. Customer Service from Michael is second to none, although generally only needed to correct something I have done wrong! Super easy to set up and never had an issue with connectivity. Cannot recommend more highly.

I paid for a month and got slightly confused setting it up, though it is not difficult, it was just my frustration with tech playing out. I emailed and got an immediate reply to help me. It worked brilliantly for 3 weeks in the Canaries. When I got home I realised a second payment had been made on subscription but I no longer needed it and had no idea I taken out a subscription. I emailed asking for the second payment to be refunded and to cancel the subscription. They immediately did this without any fuss. So refreshing to get such good service. I'll definitely use this service again.

Hi this really is a genuine review. I purchased TV on holiday for a recent break to Cyprus unfortunately due to the conflict in the Middle East our trip was cancelled at the moment. Michael from TV on holiday was brilliant. I had an email hoping I’d had a nice holiday. I replied saying it had been cancelled and without even asking was issued a full refund. He also changed the start and end date for me. I cannot thank him enough he was so helpful. We didn’t get to use the service but from the communication I had I will definitely use on the next holiday if you could put 10 stars, I would.

Michael is always so helpful and kind . I do love being able to view British tv when I am on holiday as I usually go alone and not keen on going out after dark. Thoroughly recommend this service

Very easy to set up. Worked very well for me, enabling me to watch UK television from Ireland. Excellent customer service and very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended

This is a great value feature when abroad, easy to set up and James is very prompt with emails if any issues ,
a very worth while service as I like to take my MacBook away with me when travelling.

Very easy sign up and payment.
