TV on Holiday レビュー

Brilliant. At 82 years old, Was very unsure about how easy this would be. Michael talked me through the process and it was simple and worked perfectly. Was able to watch Sky sports and Bbc. 100% Recommend

Had a really great experience using this whist abroad after it being recommended. Even a small issue, which was probably due to me setting up my PayPal payment incorrectly and an unwanted payment going through, was quickly resolved by Michael and I experienced brilliant customer service. Intend to use this again. Thank you.

A really excellent company! For someone who is clueless in Techology Michael was always at the end of an email to help. As an avid Love Island viewer I was able to watch this when in Tenerife and Cyprus it was so good! I will be back next summer! Five star from me!

My family have used Michael’s TV on holiday for many years now.
We have always has excellent first class service.
Michael goes above & beyond in helping you if you encounter any problems.
I’ve had a problem accessing all channels it was a problem with the settings on my iPad & not with what Michael was providing.
He still went all out in trying to solve my problem.
We had success this evening.
Thank you very much Michael. You are an extremely patient man & nothing has been too much trouble for you & I am grateful

Michael is super great at delivering all the help you may need to set up.
In future I won't be going on holiday without TV on Holiday.

First class service, always respond promptly to emails and nothing is a problem always happy to help.
Have used for 3 different holidays in different countries and works great 😊

Have been using Michael and this service for years. It’s honestly the only place I’d go. The service itself is very reliable and enables me to watch all my uk tv abroad. But also the customer service is excellent and if I encounter any issues (very rare) Michael replies very quickly with a solution.

It’s a very reasonable price for the service too. Would recommend!

Have used this service on many holidays. Always works really well and Michael is amazingly helpful with queries.

Brilliant service and easy to set up, if any issues the guys are pretty quick in getting back you..

Deffo recommend using this when away and will use again when away in September to Greece . handy to use if you wanna just have a chill night in your hotel room and watch some non greek or any foreign tv.. only so much CNN news one can handle.

Excellent and very personal service from Michael, instant response and really clear instructions solving any teething issues . Would highly recommend this company to anyone I am extremely impressed with them and will definitely be using them going forward

A FIRST CLASS SERVICE! I have used MANY different services and Michaels is THE BEST…. Not being too tech-aware AT ALL….. connecting was very painless! AND if you get stuck your queries are PROMPTLY answered …. A superb service. The Open VPN is excellent. Worth every penny; thank you.

I would highly recommend using this service. The customer service is exceptional and they talk you through the log in process, and any queries are answered more or less straight away. I have used this company just for the last 3 years sometimes twice a year and am very pleased with it.

All instructions very clear - worked at first attempt on laptop. I only needed use for a short period and cancelling was quick and hassle free. Strongly recommended. Will definitely use again when next on holiday.

TV on holiday is like taking your best friend with you when you’re away from home! Michael is so kind, immediately sorting out any issues speedily and we’ll use them forever (well, as long as we keep ‘trundling on’ says my husband!).

We have been using TV on holiday for many years now & get it every time we go away which is very often.
Michael gives excellent service & nothing is too much trouble for him.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic; any issues arising are always dealt with speedily and efficiently by Michael - even on Christmas Day! I’ve been using this company for three years now and never had any problems so thoroughly recommend using them. Many other reviews mention the excellent service provided by Michael which is certainly well deserved.

Excellent Customer Service provided easy to log into and watch UK TV on your downloaded apps and very good value for money

Due entirely to my inexperience I had difficulty in logging in to watch TV while in France. After very many e-mails Michael guided me through what to do. He could not have been more patient, understanding and helpful. Will most definitely use this service again.
Thank you again, Michael. Lynn
