SCAM WEBSITE! IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE FAKE! This POS website sent me a FAKE PART so it did not work or even fit in the TV like it was supposed to. When I politely requested a return/refund, all they sent back was "It’s an eight dollar part. It would cost more than that to return it" RUDE. Also with shipping it ended up costing me $16.66 so I just want ALL my money back as deserved. We went back and forth and they rudely told me I was wrong about the TV part and that they would only refund me around $4 if I sent it back. Their packaging literally says you can do full refunds/returns but then they refuse to if you actually follow up on it. Awful service, awful employees. Someone needs to SHUT DOWN THIS SCAM WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY. SENDING OUT FAKE PARTS AND ACTING LIKE AN A-HOLE WHEN THEY ARE CALLED OUT ON IT. MONEY THIEVES.

ordered the power board I needed got it and it didnt work. when I got ahold of them they said it was probably the main board. I ordered it from them (i'm now 260.00 into a 1300.00 tv (so not bad)
still didnt work, they dodged my emails, calls and text till I threatened to open a claim, I asked if the boards where tested before shipping and was told "NO" "they came from a broken tv, there was no way to test them" gave me a RMA (ONLY 1) but said ship both boards back. then for 2.5 weeks they jerked me around saying they had not picked them up from their drop location. They where trying to run out the clock on a claim is all they where doing.. filed a claim with PayPal this morning.
Do not order from them its a crap shoot on what you will get. There parts are coming from junk tv's and are untested
Check the complaints on them from the BBB they back it all up.

Horrible costumer service
If parts don’t work and are under 50 dollars they will not refund your money. They don’t tell you that till you ask for the RMA.
Guess I’m only out 60 bucks.

This is a legit company. My parts came in as promised and it works like a charm! Thank you so much, it saved me over $500 for buying a new TV. The packaging is also great! Bubble wrap all over the power board and was marked fragile. I will buy parts from them again.

Easy to deal with. The first part they shipped proved to be defective, they immediately shipped a replacement part which fixed the problem. Recommended!

These guys are great! They had the power board I needed for my Plasma TV. We talked a little about the TV problem and they help me confirm my diagnosis that it was probably the power board. I called them in the early afternoon and they shipped it out for free the same day! Packaged and looked great when I got it a few days later. Popped it in and the TV is working great again! Thank you guys so much!!

Excellent service. No problem returning a part I discovered I didn't need.

Shipped fast, price was good, board doesnt work. They must not test these parts at all. I'll just fix my old board and this replacement board (LG hdmi switch IC). Then I can sell the working board for twice what I bought it for. Shop elsewhere.

I bought a power supply board from an old plasma, there were very few options online, tvp4s was the cheapest, had the worst reviews, yet shipped in priority one day with free shipping, and the board worked, and was what I ordered.
I never called, just online order. People seem to have bad experiences calling and returning. Seems like a gamble, My experience was minimal and positive

Absolutley EXCELLENT! Nathan the plant manager helped me solve my problem as well! Someone needs to get that dude a cape! Great job! TRUST them for sure!

I called these guys today with a problem with my Samsung TV. I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars for a new control board. Instead, the technician there, Nathan, suggested I disconnect one switch and then call him back with the results. Problem solved! He saved me a $200 tech visit, a $? amount for a circuit board. You know I will call them for any problem in the future. Thanks TVPartsToday.com

I noted the message on their website, "Orders placed before 1 pm CST will ship the same day". I placed an order that was earlier in the day (CST), yet the order didn't ship until the next day. The confirmation email shows that I placed the order earlier than 1PM. I contacted customer service, their response did not say sorry, did not offer any compensation, etc, but did say, "Sometimes things get held up in testing, etc that we can not control." If they cannot control it, they shouldn't promise it on their website.

Terrible company, terrible Customer service, will not issue RMA for parts under $50. You don't find this out until its to late. Part didn't work when it was received. Would not do business with this company

I have a 50 inch samsung TV that went out the other day. Tracked it to power board. Ordered a used one from TVpartsforsale, It arrived today, semi fast delivery. After seeing the reviews on here I was a little concerned, but I payed with PP so no worries. First thing I checked was the fuse, good to go so I installed it with no other connections plugged in. Power board worked with all the correct voltage outputs. I unplugged it and made all the other connections then plugged it in, everything worked. Good save for only $40 including shipping. I would buy from them again.

Sent questionable board back for refund. Called them and got a RMA. My cost for shipping assumed I’d get back the cost after “Restocking fee” No correspondence no refund. Scam seller beware...

Just purchased a power board for 60 inch plasma, thanks to tv parts, this tv narrowly escaped landfill. Order was fast, very well packaged.

I had no problems with the company , i purchase the wrong part in error and i was refunded no hassle and the sales personnel Mrs Norma jean Yates was great , so that's my experience with the company , no problem.
