What little time I have dealt with Tv Parts Today have been nothing bud good. The ordering experience and the conversations about parts we've had are top notch. Thanks for the great service and I will definitely continue my business here

Bad experience overall, started out good, decent price, quick delivery.
Downhill from there, they could not have tested board, connections broken off. Sent board back, was told replacement sent, Lies lies lies, got a refund back from paypal, TV Parts for sale was just jerking me around., no replacement, no tracking, no business...

I ordered a part for my Samsung TV. They sent me the wrong part.
I called to inquire about what to do next. I was told I will get a refund after they receive the returned part. I asked about the part I needed and was told she can't help me. I asked why not and she said cuz we don't have that part. I said did you check? Then asked to speak to a manager. THEN SHE HUNG UP!!!!
DO NOT.......DO NOT.........DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent a board with broken parts, clearly a piece of junk. Now they want to hold my money ransom.

Avoid these losers.

Sent out dead parts gave me a generic reply on how to fix.
Tested part in 2 TV's worked on neither.
Sent back as instructed for a refund a month on still no refund.
Accused me of not returning part. Even though I send tracking info and they will no reply to emails.
Terrible company to deal with.

Doesn't worth the risk. I bought a Sony TV main board (A2072598B for XBR-65X810C) and while I did know there is a risk of it not be perfect I did not expect it to be dead. The board would not even turn on. I notified them of the problem but they just ignored it.

Worst customer service ever! Waited over a month for a partial return, with no explanation why. No one ever answers the phone or emails.

After calling the company and talking to I think the owner I was assured that a part I needed was indeed a good working part. I ordered it and put it in and guess what, it was defective. I emailed the company three times and called 4 times with no answers. I had to go and do a dispute with paypal to get my money refunded. This guy is dishonest since he does not want to honor his warranty.

TV parts today is the same TSM (tri state module)
Several years ago, I stop doing business with TSM because they are unfair. Sell used parts with out testing and most of the parts are defective. In other words, they sell bad parts. Plus, they
always send dirty parts (full of dust) rusty parts, always some physical damage like broken ports.
After many years’ TV parts today, got me. I thought they were different business. I was wrong They still same TSM with under cover name. But the same bad policy and unfair business.
The first Main Board I bought it was defective (not working at all) and dirty. I request for return, they took 1 month to refund, (after several emails of complaining) and they refund incomplete with out explanation. They deduct 20% of my investment.
At same time I bought a second Main Board for another TV set. Arrived dirty and optical port broken.
The board works but the physical condition proof uncared business. I had no choice to keep this board because it is a discontinued part difficult to find it, and I was waiting for several month to find this board to complete the repair for my customer. I had to do extra job, fixing broken optical port, clean off dust to make looks decent recycled board.
If you want to do business with them, is your choice. Do on your own risk.

got a used power board from them,works right now easy assembly all clip on's. TV working PLASMA SAMSUNG 65 IN TV. has some vertical line when they become troublesome i ll have to junk the set ,i would need a new screen, not worthwhile.

When my $2500 60inch 3D Plasma TV failed to power up I went online, did a bit of basic diagnosis with a multi-meter, and figured out that the power board had failed (possibly other issues, but the power board failure was pretty conclusive). I was more than a year out of warranty - no luck getting inexpensive help from the TV maker. I took a leap and ordered this board for $100 (it was 2.5x the cost on Amazon). The ad print was clear that this was a board recovered from other TVs and repaired. I ordered the board, it was delivered on time and very well packed in layers of bubble wrap & static guard paper. In a few minutes I was able to swap in the board and save myself the purchase of a new TV! 2 weeks of heavy use (due to the joyous reunion with my son's Xbox) and no issues. 1st visit & use of TVParts company for a TV stand. Ordered & paid extra for next day delivery. Arrived next day and item was 2nd - hand and well and truly used & scratched. Nothing in advertising stating new/old or condition. OK, partially accepted that but they had ALSO failed to send the 4 screws to hold the base with the stand and couldn't be used. Phoned and promised screws next day- were they delivered...of course not. Poor service and misleading advertising. Should have paid more & used Ebay - suppose if you pay peanuts you get monkeys - TVParts are a monkey business it would appear.

I bought a board which was defective, I obtained an RMA and sent it back, owner said he had in his hand on June 21st 2017, I would have a refund in 24 hours. cc company says it did not happen. he will not answer phone or respond to emails.I would advise anyone thinking of buying from them to go somewhere else.UPDATE: as it turns out the refund was facilitated June 22nd as the owner had stated, as it turns out the csr at the credit card co gave me erroneous information. I must note, however, If the owner had responded to my phone calls and emails, The online reviews would not have been posted.

I ordered two parts from the company which were returnable with a 20 percent restocking fee. I obtained the RMA numbers and mailed the parts off. Company failed to respond to any of my emails and I will never see my refund which is close to $100. I am out more money as I paid for the parts to be mailed back and restocked.

Base on my experience I would say shop elsewhere.
