Buyer beware

Ordered Kenwood software and license key. Was sent a bad key and now no on answers emails or phone calls? Software is useless with a bad key. Waste of money.

This is very odd. We are sorry you have had problems getting your software to run. We have had no emails from you at all. You can always contact us through the contact form on our website. We will attempt to contact you through the email address you provided at time of purchase.
We do not understand how the licence for the software is not working, as this licence was issued by Kenwood, not us. If you can give us a description of how it fails to work we can contact Kenwood for an explanation.
Looking forward to getting this sorted for you.

The original download link provided when I paid was rejected by Windows Defender as containing malware. I have not been able to use the software and although I wrote to TW Communications I did not get a reply.

Hello Ian, We are sorry you found our service not up to our usual high standards.
We responded to your email the same day with a link to a fresh file for you to download.
Maybe it went straight to your spam folder?
When we downloaded the file that you had an alert on, we had no alert from it.
As our files are checked with three programmes to ensure there is no malware or virus present we think you had a false positive. We use Malwarebytes, AVG Antivirus and Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. The uploads to our cloud server are checked again for malware and viruses as they arrive there.
If you can check your spam folder for our reply to your original email you can download the software again. If your spam folder has been emptied we suggest you email us again so we can send you the link once more.

Excellent, always a massive help no matter what I have ever needed, asked, anything and nothing is any trouble.

I deal with so many companies and these out of any trade are by far the most helpful and reliable and literally go out their way to help every single time. Even when I haven’t bought anything and I just need help or advise they always help regardless!

I actually cannot thank them enough and I will never go anywhere else for our comms!
