Despite sending emails and the online contact form I still haven’t received my payments or can confirm how this amount is paid to me. Very disappointed.

Brilliant way to sell unwanted top of the line items. Terms are clear upon submission so make sure you read them. Kudos to Adam who is extremely helpful and easily contactable

Perhaps you will buck your ideas up when you have 300 1* reviews because you wont respond to emails.

We sent you clothes in December 2017, and have had notification that some have sold. Yet when we provided you with bank details we have received nothing.

You are also ignoring emails. Your idea is great but unfortunately you seem to lack the correct people to run your company.

I have had to resort this review on Trust Pilot further tarnishing your reputation, something I really didn't want to do.

Sent a full bag, according to their accepted brands and they emailed me saying they couldn't sell anything. Couldn't even get a fiver? 'Stains and bobbles' ...that needed to be 'laundered'? So they say. As a result, they could sell my clothes back to me at £9.50 or some similar price. Left feeling scammed and bamboozled. I'd encourage others to look elsewhere. I got lucky with a local cash4clothes.

Twicely is amazing, it is such an easy and convenient service to use. As an extremely busy woman who owns so many clothes it's the perfect service as i can just send in my clothes i want to be sold to the company and they do all the work for me, the best part is its completely free to send your clothes to them and they pay you the money for the clothes so quick!!
I’ve previously tried Ebay, however, i don't have time to be sorting out sells so Twicely is a much better alternative as they do all the hard work for you and they there worked are also so polite so overall This is a service i would highly recommend to everyone!

I love the fact that it is free to send in my unwanted clothes for a quick sale and it is a lot easier than checking auction sites to see if my clothing is going to sell or not, it just takes the hassle out of selling.

I would never ever sell my unwanted clothes to them, they are paying pennies for brand new or excellent condition designer items (dress with a price tag £299 was sold on their web for £60 and I got paid £15 ,not worth it , next time I will take it to charity shop at least I'm gonna fill good about it.

Don’t bother using them and sell on eBay instead or donate to a charity instead. They offer you big prices initially especially for expensive items not even worn but the commission they take because apparently the items don’t sell quickly are a rip off. Plus you have to call them to remember to pay you because the automatic payment doesn’t always work. Rubbish service, rubbish offering!

I have used Twicely both to sell and to buy.
As a seller: yes they have very high standards and do reject items, but that actually increased my confidence in them as a buyer. Of course I can potentially sell for more on eBay directly myself but this cuts out a lot of time & effort and overall I think it is worth it.
As a buyer: The clothes I have bought are in very good condition (descriptions are accurate) and prices are reasonable. I have had to return one item and there were no quibbles at all.

Good efficient service but desperately low prices offered and a large commission taken. Will sell on eBay in future.

Be wary of this company and read the smallprint!!! The items of mine which they 'rejected' (which was questionable as some were new and in excellent condition) they sold on a well known auction site!!! however as I hadn't ticked the box to pay £9.95 for them to be returned to me, they become the property of Twicely and gives them permission to "recycle" and hence not have to give any of the money they make from selling them on a different website.

Had I have known this I would have sold them myself on Ebay. So please be Aware!!!!

Twicely has totally changed the way I shop and how I view my wardrobe. I was originally only interested in using the seller bags to help declutter my wardrobe and sell the clothes that I normally kept in the back of my wardobe. Recently I've started shopping for high-quality designer pieces with the money I've made from my sold items. I would never be able to afford some of the items. Everything I've purchased has been in amazing condition. Really impressed with their mission and the great work they do recycling unsaleable clothes. It's been a real eye opener for me.

I used to dread sorting out my wardrobe. It would take up my entire day and I would end up with a mess on the floor and a bag full of clothes and shoes sitting in the corner gathering dust because I would never get around to dropping off at the charity shop.

Twicely is brilliant. Now I just fill up one of their seller bags and freepost it to them. They do everything else and I get a useful payout for clothes that were destined for the charity shop. It's like getting paid to tidy up! Not that it takes me long to fill the space! I would definitely recommend Twicely.

I have sent items to this company twice. The first time I had a couple of things listed. One has sold, one has not. The second time none of my items were accepted, including very high end brands that had been worn once (a Halston Heritage bridesmaid dress for example). I was told they were all either faulty or stained. When I asked for further details on the supposed marks and faults I was sent the bog standard reply about 'understanding I was disappointed' and an invoice for £10 to return my items. I emailed again and said I wanted more details on the alledged issues and I have never heard back. I do not want to pay £10 to have them returned as I am not in agreement about their claims of unfit goods. Their website is very slow and their customer service extremely poor. Emails take a long time to be replied to, if at all, and I'm saying this from the view of someone who has been both accepted and not accepted. I feel aggrieved that my items have either been sent on or are being held without my requests for more information being responded to.

**Update 1** I posted this on the weekend and immediately got an email from Trust Pilot on Monday morning asking me to verify that I was a true customer of Twicely, as they were saying I was not genuine. At the same time, I got an aggressive email from Twicely telling me that my review above was "highly defamatory and exaggerated review" asking me to take it down immediately or they would take legal action against me. They say they responded to all my customer queries and that I am simply upset I didn't get an offer on my items, but this is untrue. I have evidence of emails sent to them that have been unanswered, asking for further details about why my items were rejected. I have been really upset by this email and a subsequent letter sent to my house with the same information in it. Surely I am entitled to write a perfectly legitimate review about their company without receiving this kind of correspondence from the company.

**Update 2** I have received another email today saying they are going to take legal action against me. As a result, I have altered the title of this review and removed one sentence. I have replied directly to them and still argue strongly that nothing I wrote was defamatory, exaggerated or untrue. I have done it simply to prevent any further stress and anxiety being caused by the accusations Twicely have made towards me.

I've wasted so much time and effort trying to sell my unwanted clothes on websites such as Ebay and Depop in the past, but I'm so pleased with how quick and convenient Twicely was! Wanted a quick clear out of my wardrobe but also wanted to make some easy money ready to buy more clothes for autumn, and Twicely did not disappoint! My payment was prompt and it was even free to send my items to be resold by them. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you don't have much free time/money to waste on your hands!

Twicely is a great place to sell your items and make extra money! I love the idea of sending my clothes to them for free and get paid for it without having to deal with Ebay listing, questions, postage, etc! I had a few questions before I used Twicely and the customer service replied to my email so fast and even offered to call me! I have used Twicely 3 times in the past and will be using again! Recommended!

I recently moved and I needed a way to de-clutter fast; Twicely was my answer, with outstanding customer service/communication and extremely fast payment, I was definitely a happy customer.
It was a huge relief to not have to worry about listings or the actual ‘selling’ process you would have to consider on sites like Gumtree or Ebay as it is basically all done for you, which makes it a very good option, if you are in a situation such as mine where ‘spare time’ really isn’t in your reach.
I will certainly use this service again, 5 STARS!!

I Can't recommend twicely enough! I was just going to throw out my old clothes as I couldnt be bothered with the hassle and time of advertising them as I have previously done, but this site was so simple and easy! It was free to send my items and I received a really good payment quickly which meant I could start filling up my wardrobe again! Will definitely be using this site again, thanks!

Utter rubbish. None of the items I sent in were accepted. All the ones listed as brands they want were written as having excessive wear when I have literally only worn them once or twice before. The only wear they have are wrinkles from not being ironed. Another item was said to have excessive marks or stains when I have never even worn it before. The only "stain" it probably had was dust.

This company will claim that the things you sent in are unacceptable just to maximize their profit. I would have been much happier donating everything to a charity shop. Honestly, I should have just sent everything to the US and used Thredup. Their service puts yours to shame.

I'm so glad I haven't sent in the second bag of items I had collected. I will be donating them to oxfam and maybe some good will actually come of it.

Also, you really need to upgrade your server because your website takes over 2 minutes to load a new page on a 50 gbps internet connection.

I am very satisfy selling my clothes in Twicely, they are very efficient and quick. Payments are fast and the service is really exceptional. If you want to get rid of some clothes in good condition that you don't want I will recommend Twicely.
