So far its been a horrible experience:/ I placed an order on the 26th of April and it has still not been shipped. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and to no reply. Its the first time ordering with the brand so I am let down, especially since it was meant to be a gift.
Would definitely not recommend ordering from their website!

Hice un pedido hace más de una semana y, como no había recibido ningún tipo de información desde entonces, decidí escribirles y lo único que me han dicho es que, debido a un error ajeno, se ha retrasado pero no saben cuándo será enviado, así que podría tardar una semana más. Es un retraso inadmisible y, por lo que veo, no es un caso aislado. Prometen una entrega en 2-4 días y en mi caso creo que serán 15 días o más. No volveré a comprar.

Pesima calidad. He comprado una pulsera para un regalo, al cabo de poco se rompió en dos puntos. La empresa no se hace cargo y no da ninguna solución

I visited this store , I love silver so I was so excited. One of the member of staff immediately told me all the necklace is 125 pounds, I thought this is not a bad price. I showed interest about one of the Egypt necklace, another man immediately said there is 170 pounds. I felt really weird. So the case is if I don't wanna buy necklace 125 pounds, but if I am interested therefore the price go higher 170 pounds. So I decided to leave quietly! No thanks!

Compré un colgante que en la imagen de su página web parecía de calidad y Cuando me llegó y abrí la caja y vi Semejante cutrez me quedé en shock … como una cosa tan mala puede valer tanto ? O sea es el colgante de peor calidad que he comprado nunca … ni los que compro en Shein son tan malos … que menos que por 90€ que valía el colgante sea al menos de acero inoxidable …. Pues ni eso … era de plástico , se va a romper en dos días …. Lamentable que esto cueste 90€ …. LAMENTABLE … no compro nada más

Servicio pésimo de envío fuera de la península. Si no vives en península, mejor no pedir por la página web. Por otro lado, la atención al cliente deplorable.

The products are good and appear to be of high quality, which is why this situation is particularly disappointing. Over the course of an entire month, I attempted to contact the brand multiple times regarding a simple customization request and did not receive any response whatsoever, not even a basic acknowledgment.

For a brand that presents itself as premium, this lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Good product quality should be matched by reliable and professional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of that expectation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made in how customer inquiries are handled.

El proceso no fue demasiado rápido pero, en 48/36h contestaban, todo perfecto y muy amable la persona que se encargó de permitirme la devolución, lo recomiendo 100%

I’ve generally had good experience with Twojeys. Over the last 2 years I’ve ordered from America and despite all the other negative reviews, I’ve gotten quality and affordable jewelry, and surprisingly always received my order quickly within a week or two. Their jewelry has never broken and looks great.

Only complaint which has stopped me from being a returning customer recently is I wish they would go back to making gold items. 2 years ago majority of the jewelry had the option of gold or sterling silver, and had much more variety. There were many items that I once wanted to purchase but got discontinued, and overtime gold items just got less and less sorted out all while the jewelry got more expensive which could maybe be accredited to everyone reporting the poor quality.

I just wish they would make more gold jewelry like they did a few years back, making their jewelry actually have variety again.

Qualidade de fabrico muito fraco. Utilização de materiais enganadores a olhos e muito frágeis. Produtos extremamente sobrevalorizados. Marca focada em maximizar lucros, não em agradar o cliente final.
Primeira e última compra que faço associada a esta marca e não recomendo a ninguém adquirir qualquer tipo de produtos da mesma.

Visited their London store but ordered online and guess what… the order ships from Spain so they try to charge you import fees £76 no mention anywhere during checkout.
All items returned as delivery refused still waiting for my refund two months later despite them promising 5 business days to me twice. Had to do a charge back.

Heads up your about to pay more than 50 percent of your order on tariffs fee , I order a hat and pin total 118 payed 67 in tariffs fee

Fiz a compra de um colar na última semana de Novembro na loja em Amsterdão, na semana seguinte (início de Dezembro) desloquei-me à loja para devolver o artigo e foi-me informado que poderia demorar até 10 dias para receber o reembolso na minha conta bancária. Os dias passaram e o reembolso não foi efetuado, desloquei-me à loja uma segunda vez após receber diversos emails a pedir a devolução física do artigo e fui informada que a funcionária não efetuou a devolução corretamente e por isso é que o reembolso não tinha sido processado. Aguardei mais 10 dias e continuei sem nenhum reembolso, decidi deslocar-me à loja uma terceira vez a questionar se havia algum problema pois já tinha passado muito tempo. O funcionário pediu-me desculpa e aconselhou-me a esperar mais uns dias. Já passaram mais de 30 dias e ainda não tenho o reembolso efetuado, espero que a situação se resolva rapidamente uma vez que já passou demasiado tempo.

Compré dos collares midnight, uno para mi y otro para mi pareja. Al cabo de 3 y 5 meses respectivamente se rompieron ambas cadenas de repente sin razón aparente. Compramos nuevas cadenas porque el colgante nos gusta mucho y más adelante de rompieron las anillas de los DOS colgantes como por defecto de fabrica.

Es una pena porque los diseños son chulos pero la calidad es pésima. Más adelante me enteré que había garantía y al llevarlos me dijeron que ya había pasado el año de garantía...

I ordered a Christmas present on the 10th December and paid way above average on delivery so I presumed it would arrive on time I couldn’t track it on their site had to download an app emailed them and only got one back on Christmas Eve saying that the delivery company lost it I could prefer it again or a refund but I was left with no gift for my son I emailed them back half an hour later and no response what so ever!!
