It's been great working with the UI8 platform—really excellent service. I had an emergency problem with my product and needed a quick fix. Eli handled it swiftly and resolved the issue perfectly.

All good. Had once contact with the support, and it was nice.
pretty cool stuff there, but new content is quite slow, and therefore i think, a 3-month subscribtion should be enough for a white at least.

Impossible to cancel without blocking the card! this site has done everything to make it appear that you have canceled but it is necessary, they continue to take the money. support is completely absent and non-existent.

As a seasoned template vendor on UI8, I'm thoroughly impressed by the efficiency of their support team. Recently, I encountered a payment problem and, with little expectation of assistance, I reached out to their support team. To my astonishment, within just 10 minutes, they provided a solution—a remarkable feat compared to my previous support experiences. Absolutely phenomenal!

Great platform for buying and getting UI kits and templates. Now i prefer going to UI8 for buying kits and themes.

Smooth and nice.

I've been using UI8 for over 2 years and just upgraded my subscription for another 1-year plan. It's not cheap compared to other UI platforms but the quality is here. I also have Evanto, but I need to sift through so many old and poorly built design assets over there. That's not the case here. I'm a web designer and UI8 has been my go-to for Figma mockups, graphics for my designs, and design inspirations. The bottom line is that the creators in this marketplace are good and of high quality.

I have to say, I was surprised by all the 1 stars but after reading them, they seem to come from people upset about the auto-renewals. Usually on platforms like this with creative assets, they don't have refunds because it's easy to download a bunch of stuff. I already knew there weren't refunds when I signed up because they make that clear. So just keep that in mind. I'm good with it becasue the assets here have been a huge time saver and helps me with my creative workflow.

Big thanks to Eli, incredibly quick and helpful in resolving an issue. Just open a chat, they respond quickly and there's actually a human being at the other end, what a rarity!

Incredible customer service
I registered an all-pass timeless account in 2018. Since the country and email address I live in has changed, I cannot receive the verification code for downloading. I contacted customer service, and Bryan helped me associate the account with a new email address very quickly and efficiently. UI8 is great, great product and service. value

I've been a customer for nearly 10 years and an All-Access Pass subscriber since 2017. UI8 is my GO-TO resource for incredible design systems, presentation templates and coded resources. Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Any time I have an opportunity to recommend UI8 to friends and companies I work with, I do it without a moments hesitation. The resources on the site are top notch. The attention to detail is off the charts good and I never have a concern about whether the package I use is going to solve my needs. I can't highly recommend UI8 enough!
