needed a gaming computer for my son , and didn’t really know where to start .. i called up uk gaming computers and spoke with Jordan , who was really helpful. we had looked at the website and picked out two possible machine - Jordan helped and advised which one was best for the applications and games my son would be playing - iracing and F1..
i needed the computer quickly for my sons birthday and Jordan advised , by opting for the speedy service my time scale could be met. jordan kept me informed as all the tests were carried out and the computer was delivered on time as requested . wow what a fantastic product - build quality top notch and the instructions were really helpful. definatley would recommend them -and will no doubt by again from then. thanks

I hadn’t heard of UK Gaming Computers until my son told me that was the computer he wanted for his birthday. I was initially nervous about spending such a large sun of money with an unknown company, but I needn’t have worried. Once you have ordered your product you are kept fully informed at every stage of the build process. The customer service is outstanding and they go the extra mile to make your experience with them a very good one and help in any way they can. The product is great and my son is very happy. I would highly recommend this company for all your gaming computer needs.

This is my first gaming PC and it has been amazing so far. It was well packaged on shipping, the instructions to get it set up were really clear and it has been running great. I don't have any complaints.

Arrived within estimate without any issues, kept updated throughout build and website makes customisation really easy.

Very easy and readable user interface on the website, easy to make changes to get exactly what you want out of what you're getting. After placing the order kept up to date regularly and given great amounts of information and help once the pc arrived. Second time I've purchased through these and friends have used them too after I told them about it. Great service, great people. Can't recommend enough.

This is the second PC I have had from UKGC. I kept the first one for 11 years and it performed brilliantly, hence why I was happy to go back for my new PC. This time O got a pre-built PC which was reasonably priced and comes with a 6 year warranty. Whenever I've emailed UKGC I get a prompt and knowledgeable reply. Great company

Fantastic service and what appears to be so far a nice fast computer at a very reasonable price. Delivery was great too, as I ordered at 12.20pm and it arrived by 11am the next day. I also had a few queries from the website and so needed to speak to the guy there who was very helpful in guiding me through the potentially suitable PC's for me. Highly recommended.

I have played World of Warcraft for many years and, as the game grew my pcs have struggled to keep up. My most recent is a good pc but even this one was taking time to load the characters when arriving in a busy place. I decided to treat myself and saw an ad from UKGC. I had never heard of them but checks on review sites showed they are a reputable company so I took the plunge, on one of their specific WOW machines. It cost me more than advertised because I added a few extras. I have had the machine a couple of days now and it is exceeding my expectations. It is very fast, (the busy cities are busy when I get there - no more waiting) and the quality of the graphics is exceptional. it is also very quiet and a nice looking thing - I don't normally have my pcs on display but this one may soon be sitting on the desktop.

Purchased a gaming PC 3 years ago, never had a problem. Time to upgrade and purchased from UKGC again, very pleased again. Had questions before and after purchase, which were all handled well. Will return for next upgrade.

Since I was 15 years old I been using this company to get my computers as it’s a very serious company in which I feel comfortable as the staff are very polite and makes you feel welcome, even when I have called for a silly question, they answer my question without me feeling stupid, computer wise 100% effective haven’t had any issue with the computers I have gotten from this company, they make sure the complements of the PC are working totally fine before delivering it, very simple and I got a lot of trust to this company.

Great communication with each stage of the pc build. System works great and really enjoying it so far.

My husband has been suggesting that I get a gaming computer for a few years now, but I didn’t think that I needed one. Until this one arrived!

As someone with ADHD I tend to flit from gaming to other projects, and needed something to keep up with me. My previous computer was great for my work, but games would take upwards of 10 minutes to load and multitasking was impossible.

Having decided that I did need a new pc, I wanted one FAST. I looked everywhere including high street options and UK Gaming Computers. The value for money with this pc was insane when compared to others! It included lots of things that came at extra costs if I had to built from scratch, including Windows and a wireless connector. The next day dispatch sealed the deal for me and I placed my order.

I ordered on a Sunday and it was here by noon on the Tuesday. They used DPD which meant I was text a one hour delivery slot, meaning I could go about my day without listening out for the door all day.

It arrived very well packaged, with clear instructions and stickers to explain dos and don’ts.

It was pretty much a plug in and go - with windows installed and set up. It wasn’t long before I was downloading my favourite games.

Now I am a ‘cosy’ gamer, so sure, the games are things like Stardew Valley, Coral Island and Two Point Campus, but they load and save like a dream. I can also tab out and complete other tasks easily.

I thought this was an excellent price point for what you get, and the service delivered as promised. I’m really happy with my new set up and my ‘gaming’ pc has now replaced my work pc as it’s much more powerful.
