Fantastic product and service this is the 3rd gaming computer we have brought for my son from UK gaming computer upgrading each time. The first one brought some 10+ years ago is still going stronge as it was passed on to his cousin who loves it. The service was excellent as always was kept informed about the progress of the build and delivery with out having to ask all round great experience.my son is now 18 and can afford to pay for his own computer and I am sure he will stick with UK gaming.x

Amazing service!! As a middle aged mum who knows nothing about gaming PC’s (or even computers in general) the task of getting an excited 11yr and old wannabe gaming you-tuber something with the wow factor seems daunting to say the least….. yet here I am 4weeks down the line, having ordered, upgraded and put together it all with no issues whatsoever!!!
Great easy to use website with perfect explanations of what all the parts are for. Great communication and updates whilst the order was being completed, and fab guides on setting up! Thankyou so much! I have one happy happy boy!!!
All of this, and massive value for money in comparison to what you would get from high street chains!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

i went down to inquire about upgrading my pc the member of staff john was very polite and helpful, they explained everything very clearly and gave me a lot of different options, about how to upgrade and prices that fitted what i was asking and also fitted my budget.

this to someone who knows nothing about pcs was very helpful and gave me a good insight to what i was purchasing.

I am not the a PC specialist but before purchasing my PC I have made a basic research and found UK Gaming Computers to be a great place to build your PC. One thing that impressed me the most was how with every component they have a bit of concise information to understand it better. I found that very helpful with figuring out what I need and want in my PC. Once it is ordered they inform you about every step of the process which is very reassuring, especially since you put a lot of money into it and then you just wait. It eased on my excitement/anxiety. Overall the build was constructed fairly fast - probably lucked out with components that are in stock since there is a big shortage. It arrived in very safe box (2 in fact) and it was clear they paid extra care to make sure my computer would arrive safely.
After that the setting up was fairly straightforward. I run into a little issue because I installed my OS on HDD instead SSD and my performance suffered a lot, to a point where I was worried about my purchase. So I contacted the company and got reply within 24h with tips how to fix it and BAM the computer worked like magic and fulfilled all I hoped for. I am using it specifically for Blender (3d software) and it is working smoothly for the most part. Once I get to complex shapes and geometry I can tell it's struggling however, bear in mind that I have the cheapest build I could afford that would fit into minimum technical requirements ( my build was £950) I also use it to play Borderlands 3 which runs smoothly so all in all everything that I need from the PC runs as it should.
So overall - the website, the shipping and building, the customer service is all top notch from my experience. I have been using my PC for over a month now and everything is working perfectly so I would 100% recommend this shop! Looking forward to upgrade my PC in future with them.

Nothing but good things to say about UKGC..

Their website had a slight malfunction when I first tried to order, but was dealing with an Ops Manager, Kain.. So from when I was able to re-place the order Kain kept me updated of the latest, answered any questions I had and was generally great all round.

Kyle the engineer who built my system left updates to let me know how the build was going.

Very impressed with the final build, and to top it off you get a 6yr warranty included, which is great!

I was desperately looking for an upgrade (I was still running an old 1070) and decided to take the plunge with these guys. Glad I did. Computer turned up, built extremely well, runs better than promised, and so far, no problems whatsoever.

Had a few issues with the ordering process, but contacted the staff and they helped me out with zero fuss, and put up with my panicked e-mails when I realised I'd ordered too many fans etc.

Couldn't be happier with my choice. The only complaint I can think of, is that it was a real heavy box. That's literally it. The box it arrived in was heavy. The only thing I can think of to complain about, is that a box was heavy. But I'm really clutching at straws with that.

Go for it.

Excellent service. PC runs like a dream. Instructions and care advice very simple and easy to understand. Fast delivery & excellent customer service. Will be using them from now on.

Edit: Below is my initial review which I am leaving because it does reflect the initial frustration in the whole situation.

My edited review is that £80 was payed to get the pc back and to pay for their hour of labour. We received the pc back and it’s in a state where the network will occasionally work but there are times where I have to use a separate wifi USB adapter; the pc (besides the network) works absolutely fine. The only strife my family really had is not being informed beforehand of the price to be paid if I wanted the pc to be checked over and the price afterwards if I wanted the pc shipped back.

All I want to say to buyers is that the pc overall is great. If you have problems, however, be prepared to pay for it to even get it checked out and therefore pay for any labour hours. Also be prepared to pay if you even want the pc to be shipped back.

My PC (despite being ordered with a network card) is not connecting to my network. We know it’s not my wifi because upon getting a USB wifi adapter, it connects just fine but that’s not what I was guaranteed when buying it.

In fact, after sending it back (the delivery costing over £50) they claimed nothing was wrong with the PC and then charged me £60 for their labour hours as well as if I wanted my pc back I needed to pay an extra £20? My PC was bought for ~£800? Now you’re saying I have to pay an extra £100 just to get my pc back? A Pc I already payed for???

I have screenshots of my PC’s network not working. I have screenshots for my PC saying none of the hardware is connected. On top of that I do have a 6 year warranty. I have evidence of my PC clearly not working, why am I paying an absurd amount just to get my PC back?

If this isn’t maddening enough, I had already (in the past) sent my network card to be checked over only to get a “sorry our employee is off, we’ll just send a new one” only for it to STILL not work. That’s even more money spent :)

Excellent guidance initially when I described my budget and needs. Website easy to use and easy to customise builds. Order built and shipped in less than a week. Very pleased the the end product. Excellent service!

My £4000 Pc broke 3 times in one year. The third time the water tube exploded in all the computer in 10 minutes after I received it from them, taking down the energy in all my apartment. The 6 year warrantee only cover couple of things so every time they repaired it ,we had to pay. If I could just take the time back before buying it I would definitely do it .

Amazingly packaged and great customer service. Answered all questions. Quick and Easy and would recomend to any fellow gamers out there!

Bought Eos Intel-i5 gaming pc as a present for my son who is really impressed with the performance - optional SSD drive has helped. Everything loads like lightning and the only minor snag is that one game (so far) requires >10GB RAM and it's got 'only' 8GB, but he can easily sort that at a future date. Standard case with transparent side and coloured lights was an unexpected bonus. All in all, performance and quality components for the price is better than anything else I could find. Customer service has been great throughout purchase/procurement/build/delivery process. It arrived when expected and was well packaged and undamaged. Windows 10 preinstalled so just had to plug in and switch on. Six year warranty and lifetime support are a further plus. Highly recommended.

Outstanding experience purchasing from UK Gaming Computers, they rushed through two complicated builds with delivery in time for Christmas. Great customer service, excellent and very concientious communication on progress and if any decisions had to be made on spec given timing. The products are top class, pre-setup and working out of the box (Triton Water Cooled Gaming PC's).

Reliable, genuine and very professional - I will definitely use them again and highly recommend to others looking for gaming PC's.

So pleased with our new PC and so grateful to UK Gaming Computers for their regular updates and step bu step instructions and videos to set it all up.

Great place to get a gaming computer that you can customize at a good price compared to others and it runs brilliantly. Very good at communicating about the stage the computer build was at and was very well packaged.

I cannot recommend them enough, exceptional service and communication throughout my PC build, happy to answer any questions you may have. Very quick
build times too.
