Property owners beware!

This company doesn’t care about you’re property just the rent, hence you can end up with your house damaged and out of pocket! 
Living near one of their rented houses it’s an absolute discrace ,the garden is a total shambles, the poor neighbour next door to this property had to get the police out for homophobic abuse having lived in the same property for years and that was the first tenant ! 
Now the new tenants that are in are noisy sound like they are trashing the place, kids playing football a times of day and night, really feel for my good neighbour who has now resorted to sleeping in his caravan, I can’t sleep and I live across the road! 
Garden a total mess, the porch is falling apart the list goes on and this is in a desirable location in south manchester. 
A costly mistake for anyone wanting to keep their property in good repair to maximise you’re profit and and knowing you’re property is being looked after, not!
Feel free to try and get me taken off, I have all the crime numbers, disgrace

They advertise properties to rent, but when you call and enquire, they inform you it's not available they just leave the signs up for advertising.

Useless, appalling customer service. Take months to action any repairs needed on the property! Reported 3 months in and did not begin work until the week before I moved out. Now 3 weeks after moving out, no sign of my deposit being returned with multiple promises of a call back from property management but none followed through! Quick enough to receive your money but no hope in getting it back! Avoid!

I had a really good experience with uk rooms being my letting agent, it was my first time moving on my own and is was a very nice experience,
Alex Kearns went out of his way to help me with any issues I had specially with being dyslexia I was very nervous but Alex alway took the time to help. Massive thank you for that, I would definitely suggest them to everyone.

It was a nice experience with this agency. Mike particularly made life easier for me even with moving out. The only reason why it’s a 3 star is because of other housemates and not the agency in particular. The agency was brilliant. My only suggestion is that, people who smoke should not be allowed in a “no smoking property”. They kept smoking weed which normally makes me really uncomfortable. But overall, Mike is fab.

I have been contacting with Cynthia and definitely recommend this Estate Agent. They responded quickly with enthusiasm. Particularly, Cynthia is so lovely and helpful, have been impressed by her efficiency and professionalism, many thanks for helping me with my property!

So this company is fine if all you need is someone to manage payments for you. Their downfall is when something goes wrong, they don't seem to understand anything at all about management of a property and as a result, everything takes ages to get done. also they are not very responsive after issues arise, and they do not call back when they say they will once you have entered into an agreement. I do agree, the onboarding is quick, but once you're in that contract, that's it.

Stay away

I stayed 10 months in one of the apartments (student accommodation) in Salford, Manchester; it was stress-free all through my stay. I must mention the kindness and cooperation shown to me by Alex and Mike. You guys are amazing, thanks for the referencing (no longer a student), will be happy to be your client again and would definitely refer my family and friends in the near future. Great job guys!

Matthew was really helpful throughout my whole moving experience. Easy to talk to over the phone and responds fast over email. He is knowledgeable in his field and very supportive with answering all the questions that I had to ask

Matthew was very helpful through everything, supportive and gave information on time as well as responding to queries quickly.

They are very professional and when I struggled with the amount of deposit that needed to be given (I’m a student) they offered many options and ways that they could help which I think is awesome. They respond incredibly quickly on email and answer your questions in full. Very excited to be tenants and see more of how they are as a company.

So far the service has been amazing

So far, UKRR have been very responsive as an agent and are pulling out all the stops to fill my new property. Particular kudos to Matt Cooke who is calling me regularly with progress updates, is good humoured, knowledgeable in his field and tolerant to my beligerance. I am very grateful to Matt and his team and look forward to a long and successful partnership.
