Previously used this company and Alex & Mike were great. Really helpful and always easy to contact.

Fantastic response time! I rang in with a noise complaint about a property, I spoke to Mike on the phone, he was extremely helpful and conscientious, promising to get the issue sorted. I was then surprised to have a member of staff (Alex) knock on the door the next day. He sat down and took the time to explain the actions the agency had taken and how the issue would be monitored moving forward. Since then, not only have we had no further issues, we even received an apology from the tenants.

Recently moved out of a property in manchester after living there for 18 months.

When we first moved in there was a number of repairs that Mike & Alex managed to get repaired within a matter of days.

Everytime Alex did an inspection he was always polite and logged any concerns which where again dealt with swiftly.

We have now vacated the property and Mike was in constantly communication with us regarding the check out process and we got our full deposit back with 4 days.

I would highly recommend this agency and would 100% rent with them again Aslong as Mike & Alex are with the company 💜

Great Service as always, Mike is always very helpful and a special thanks to Alex as he made himself available to be at our property, in Burnley, to allow British Gas Engineer access to perform the Annual Boiler Service. He made sure that the engineer completed his job and ensured that the property was in good order. Thanks guys.

I was able to get a room, on the process Mathew was absolutely professional and polite, patiently answering all my questions, would highly recommend UK room for rent.

I had a good experience renting with uk rooms, they were very cooperative and easy to get into contact with throughout my entire tenancy. I received my deposit in good time and they also provided my reference quickly as I needed them for my next tenancy.
All the employees there are helpful but in particular Mike Boardman was very cooperative and polite. Is spoke to him a number of times throughout my tenancy.
Any issues throughout my tenancy were able to get sorted and I highly recommend you rent with uk rooms for rent.

The overall service from viewing, till I made payment and moved in was superb, Carmen was particularly helpful helping to resolve some queries my guarantor had.

Rude communicators. They will go to any lengths to keep hold of your deposit, despite how well you maintain the property. Charged me £20+ because they had to do a “very light clean” before the next tenant moved in (in the current COVID era!) Avoid at all costs.

From start to finish of getting moved in the staff were absolutely brilliant. Communication was daily, they helped over come a few hurdles with my guarantor service and even offered me temp accommodation when I felt things were about to fall through.

My experience with Greg and Matt and the Manchester branch was a dream.
These agents are professional, understanding and accommodating. From start to finish they went above and beyond for me. From organising a remote viewing to enabling me to move into the property at a convenient date.
Renting can be hard, especially during a pandemic and I have often felt the agents don’t have time or motivation to see things from a tenants perspective of trying to find a place that can be a home. Both Matt and Greg were generous with their time, clearly explained what they needed from me for the move in process and made it as painless as possible.
There is a genuine sense that they see prospective tenants as individuals and the care and attention they put into the process from viewing to move in date reflects this. Thank you so much to you both!
