Brilliant customer service. Although I had to wait a little longer for my order to arrive (MSI AMD Radeon RX 6900XT ) they kept me informed along the way until I took delivery. Website can use a little TLC but their customer service is first class. Cheers.

Ordered a new GPU a few weeks ago. Jamie emailed an hour after I placed my order informing me of a delay (world wide problem). He kept me updated through the next few weeks and sent my GPU on a 24hour DPD service as soon as it came into stock. Customer service was fantastic. Would recommend and will be using again.

I purchased a 3080 ti FTW3 Ultra from UKTechstore. The card showed up. It is wonderfully binned, and performs better than my KFA2 SG 3090 in bench marks. Great communication the whole way regarding delays in the shipment, but there is a global shortage of these, and I haven't seen a EVGA card listed anywhere else in the UK at all. Registered the product with EVGA no problems.

Bought an EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3080 TI from these guys and it arrived within two weeks since there were shipping delays. Jamie T who is their customer support guy was super helpful, had incredibly quick response times. Really great experiance with these guys, I would recommend them to anyone now!

Finally managed to get hold of an MSI RTX 3070! Dispatch and delivery took a little longer than expected, but it's understandable given the current circumstances.

I’ve had an interesting experience with this company. First of all the name “UKTechStore” is false as they are based in Canada. Due to this i believed i would receive my item quickly, however i have been waiting for over 2 weeks since ordering and my parcel has went from Montreal, CA to Nemesis, US and finally to Stansted, UK where it is
stuck at customs! I am not blaming this company for the delivery times just i wouldn’t have this issue if they were actually based in the UK like they are trying to make people seem; having a UK telephone number and offering free delivery to the UK and Ireland would make anyone think they are a British company!

If you’re prepared to wait for 2-3 weeks to receive your parcel then order from here. I am just very displeased with them for trying to seemUK based for whatever reason…
