Poor Service

Difficult to pay
Would not download
Tech Support very slow to respond and then gave unhelpful advice
Had to delete old programs to get new software to install but was not advised of this requirement
I lost two days sorting this out while waiting for a response form UKtechstore.

Hi, thank you for your order and our apologies for any issues with the installation of your software. With regards to the download/install process for this product, everything is handled directly by the manufacturer. The download link is owned and managed by them directly so we have very little control over this aspect of things (although we can provide limited support based on previous experiences).

Without knowing which programs you had installed going in, or which programs you needed to uninstall, I am not sure how we could have advised you on this matter prior to the order being placed? Furthermore, having reviewed the order details, it seems as if your product was delivered within around 30 mins and all other emails were responded to within a few hours at most (not two days as suggested)?

While I do apologise for any issues experienced during installation, please note that the entire download/registration process for the software is controlled by the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately, as a reseller, none of the systems in play can be affected by us so any issues of this nature need to be resolved with the manufacturer (Nuance in this case) directly.

Very helpful and reliable company to


Very helpful and reliable company to deal with. Their customer service is excellent which is important if you have the occasional (rarely) problem. I usually use them for license keys for downloadable software as the quick and much cheaper than other companies. over the years I have only 2 failed licence keys and in the first instance, some years ago, they immediately sent new keys and more recently, when they didn't have a replacement available, a refund was issued immediately. Will definitely use them again.
