Was a bit unsure at first as I hadn’t ever heard of UK Tech Store, however, their customer service and products are first-class. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again!

The goods arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. Great price as well!

Very pleased I stumbled across this site , fantastic price on a 2070 windforce , however the main thing that has prompted this review is the representative Jamie , replied to my questions on email in a prompt and timely fashion , addressed my concerns and offered solutions (I could not track the item I had ordered) and then kept in touch right up until delivery ,

Didn't want office 365 so bought a stand alone copy of Microsoft Access. The way this works is you get a serial number which you register with MS and then you can download the software. When I couldn't download the app I became very sceptical that I had been scammed. However, Jamie couldn't have been more helpful and contacted Microsoft himself and sorted it out for me. He must have a different way of contacting them as a supplier of theirs. I couldn't find out how to contact a real person. Anyhow. Long story short, thanks to Jamie's continuous help, I now have Access installed on my machine. Thanks Jamie.

Excellent price and quick receipt of license. Only gave 4 stars as had to refer to Bullguard as license ref was different then previous 1 and was not accepted. Turned out if this is the case then you can only renew when less than 30days left on the old license. UKtechstore were unaware of this. They were helpful, however, and very quick to respond to my emails and immediately suggested I contact Bullguard as they were unaware as to why I could not register this new license. Otherwise I would have given the full 5 stars.

Item bought was the cheapest on the net at the time. It was delivered when they said it was going to be and Royal Mail kept us informed of delivery slot throughout the process.

Bought Windows Server 2019. I was a bit worried about spending nearly £1000 with a company I hadn't used before.

Anyway I sent a few questions to their email support, and they confirmed the product was genuine.

Five days later the product arrived. Genuine product from Microsoft. DVD and license codes had holographic symbols. Came in a genuine shrink-wrapped Microsoft box.

Really pleased, as I also saved almost £500 on the standard Microsoft price. They did not charge VAT as you only have to charge VAT if your turnover is more than a certain amount per year.

The service is really good - reliable and quick. The choice of the products completely suits me too. The only comment I would make - not quite accurate description of the product - the annotation is saying '1 device' while the product actually covers 3 devices. Otherwise, very happy and buying the products from this company already three years. Thank you!

Amazing service. second product I ordered from them after having received an amazing service from them the first time round. Whilst I did not receive the original e-mail with key and download, the issue was resolved immediately by Jamie as soon as I got in touch with customer services. Would highly recommend!
