Long time coming!

Website and ordering process is all fine. Just took far too long to receive the item so unlikely I would use this supplier again.

Updated in reaction to the seller's reply: From date of ordering to date of delivery was 9 calendar days so, say, 7 working days.

Our sincere apologies if there was any issues with the delivery however, having looked at the tracking details, it seems as if this was delivered within the time frame provided at checkout (within 2-5 working days at most)? While we would love to guarantee a faster (free) delivery option than this, current restrictions make it hard to do so.

Communication by email is great, but first time buyers beware

I ordered a CPU for a computer on my credit card and everything went fine. I ticked off the transaction as it came through my credit card a few days later and smiled. But my purchase was placed on hold. This is due to some kind of system that checks the card details of first time customers and the address I gave did not match the billing address of my card. I did not receive an email explaining this, but found out when I checked my emails and clicked the tracking number and was forced to create an account as I had purchased as a guest. I tried using the chat function on the website but it never had available staff in the 2 days I tried (during business hours) so I sent an email. I received a response saying it was on hold because the supplied address did not correspond with the card billing address. Bare in mind they ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY. I requested a call back by return email or a number to contact someone directly. I rang the “contact us” number on the website during office hours on 3 occasions and got sent to message bank each time to leave a message. Jamie has since been in contact by email numerous times to sort the matter out and to explain why their system does what it does for first time purchasers but I still think it’s unfair that an order can be flagged as on hold due to a billing address issue but they have still successfully charged your card.

Hi Dean,

Having looked at your order details, you placed an order for delivery to Northern Ireland but used a card registered to an account in Australia. Unfortunately, as you had listed the Billing Address as also being in NI, the order is automatically placed on hold for verification. The order has since been verified and is due for dispatch. Further to this, the remainder of the feedback is a little confusing as, looking at the email history, we have been in contact throughout this process? To also say that "I’m fighting for my money back" goes against the emails you have sent us where there has been no return or refund request made??

Very pleased

Well, is all they had to do was email me a unique serial number with a few simple instructions. Scary, paying significant money for just an email!
My serial number was accepted by Corel, and I'm now a registered user. The link in the email is to a downloader, not the full programme, so after install, I downloaded the full programme again and saved several copies to optical disks. And saved my serial number ditto. Just in case.
Not had much chance to use CorelDraw yet, but I see many improvements compared to my flakey old X3 version, particularly a whole lot of stuff to assist learning and speed of use.
I believe this version is more complete than the Essentials version (and allows 2 installs compared to 1).

Recommend, everything worked well, down loaded fine and they e-mailed me activation keys after about five minutes. Great software Paintshop Pro 2020 does everything i need.
