Really excellent communication and support, as I hadn't used such a service before, but really personal and helpful. The transcripts are great and you can tell some common sense has been used.
Will 100% use again.

Very good service, prompt and highly accurate

A great service. They were very fast and delivered over and above my expectations. The result were accurate and provided useful details I wasn't expecting e.g. quotations when someone was quoting and other little things like that.

Very pleased with the service! I used previous companies for interview transcriptions with lots of mistakes which took me hours to amend but the transcriptions from Uk Transcription were spot on without any errors that I could notice. Would highly recommend!
