The help given with the initial contact Paul

It's so easy to use and you can get all your UK TV channels without bother

A product that works... well after a small hiccup that was quickly put right after a call from customer support. I am.very pleased with the performance and would recommend to others.

I ordered and 2 days later it arrived, brilliant...I had a problem and rang them to find they closed the office at 1pm daily...I left a message and sure enough Monday they rang back, they Messaged, and what's app, and with in 5 mins the problem was solved.
Very happy with the service and equipment.

Paul at Base Satellite was so helpful is setting everything via WhatsApp. No question , however ignorant I was, appeared to be too much trounle.
We now have catch up TV from the UK

Our TV is a Toshiba, so the following comments are really not down to you. They are born mainly from frustration! Your on-screen instructions were excellent.
But we had a major problem reconciling them with the TV.

Speedy and efficient to buy and receive. Plug and play is very true as set up was really easy. A minor problem after a week was sorted by Paul with no hassle. Highly recommend this solution

I am a new customer. The on-line process to order the service was straight forward and easy. We received a very quick acknowledgement and the order arrived promptly, meeting the advertised timeline. The equipment was easy to install (plug and play) and the service was instantaneous. After a few days of service we experienced some minor technical issues but these were quickly resolved in conversation with the products very helpful and accommodating customer support agent; the system has worked as advertised since. Overall, we received an excellent service from start to finish.

Easy to set up and works well

Quick delivery, clear easy to follow instructions.

After a couple of hours developed a problem with downloading. Contacted Paul who guided me through the problem diagnosis. Problem lay with the service provider’s router.

Took several attempts and a visit to their shop, finally got the problem resolved.

Happy with the service, especially the support from Paul.

Overall pretty good but there were moments when I wondered if I’d happened on a scam site

Superb service. Installed easily and worked OK then stopped working with you are not in the UK message sent email explaining situation got phone call back within an hour and talked through rectification procedure back working immediately. Excellent service

Asked a few questions before purchase & got a rapid answer. Found a discount code on the Facebook page. Placed an order and the router quickly arrived. Connected the cables, turned it on and connected to it. It really is 'plug-and-play'. Seamlessly watched iplayer and UK Netfix on Firestick. Phone and laptop connected too. No issues whatsoever. No contract so can cease payments at any time. Excellent service.

I have too much to watch now with many box sets and catchup tv. Mix this service with normal SatTV and you have the most perfect solution for hom entertainment,

All works fine apart from loosing it's IP address twice for some reason.
