Works as promised, fast service and easy to install, no set up as they do it all for you👍🙏

Great product and did everything it said it would. I had a couple of instances with it freezing, but a quick power off and back on again sorted what ever the issue was and now in its second week of fairly heavy use with the European football on and no further problems. A very happy customer.

Fantastic, easy to set up and can now view all UK TV channels and pay for view services like Amazon and Sky Go. Following Brexit this is a life saver!

Easy install
Works well with WiFi extender over two floors and even reaching the garden, albeit with a good speed fibre broadband.
Does what it says on the can.

Having moved to France, Brexit threw a spanner in my TV plans as 4G roaming is now no longer free, meaning I had to find an alternative.

I tried a few software VPN services, which proved unreliable, and pricey, and necessitated running the VPN on each device, rendering my Apple TV redundant.

I decided to give the UK TV Router a go and I’m really pleased I did. I now have access to UK Netflix, iPlayer etc. The router arrived really quickly, and is idiot proof.

Time will tell if it will play nicely with Starlink, but so far I’m really pleased.

*update* day 3 - router has failed to serve uk ip addresses, we’ll see what the support is like - I’ve had to revert to a software vpn for now.

*update* router failed again, waiting on support response (13/04/21 22:30) - as support suggested a reboot has solved the problem

*update* (15/04/2023) Their (seemingly) one server has failed, and there’s no service being provided.

The delivery time was excellent the system works really well. On initial installation I did have a few problems and lost the UK IP address a few times but since then it has worked really well. There is very little loss of speed if any between the providers router and the UK TV router. I did have a issue with support but the reason for this has been explained so I would definitely recommend this system.

Easy to set up and I can now access UK channels and services. Full marks

Initial set up so easy plug in and way you go.
Some issues downloading certain apps great response and help to sort out the issues.
All in all great service and would recommend this service .

Brilliant service router is excellent ordered this recently in France for my uk tv streaming it works brilliantly

Can't praise the service enough, simple explanations, rapid delivery and, as for the 'hand-holding' set up and after sales service - even when the problem I had was with the satellite installation and nothing to do with the UK tvrouter, Paul still took the time to call me back and offer advice. 1st class!

Slowed down my internet speed so I cannot download tv.
