For a number of years I have used Slimshake to keep my "old age spread" under control, and it works. The Slimshakes are tasty as well as nutritious and the ordering and delivery service is excellent.

Super fast delivery on affordable products that really do work. After I discovered Ultralife's "Fruit and Veg" and "Detox" supplements years ago, I have had bags loads more energy and people have commented on how healthy the colour of my skin looks now. I didn't have to change anything else in my diet or lifestyle apart from dropping tea and coffee but only because I found I didn't need them as a pick up any more.

I offer the slim shakes and general health products though Waistaway Ltd and I have no reservations when either recommending to my customers or other Pharmacies interested in general health and weight management products.

Initially i tried using the website but it would not accept my password even though i checked it and it was correct. I then called my order in. The customer service, although polite, was quite bad. Ayaisha had trouble calculating the total price for my goods- she tried several times without success- and then promised me next day delivery (it came 3 days later)

I used to order by phone - but dont always have free time during office hours - ordering on-line is easy at any time, the website is easy to navigate, any offers are easy to find. I recently needed to order some shakes just before going on holiday - changed the delivery address to where I was staying - arrived no problem! I did once have a damaged delivery but ultralife were great - and the issue was with the couriers not ultralife - they got it sorted - and I haven't had any problems since - so I can order from them with full peace of mind. As for the shakes - great value for money and better quality than a lot of similar products.

I have ordered the fitness shake for over 6 months and I can honestly say that it tastes good and it made a dramatic diference to my physique combined with excercise.

I order online because I work full time and its hard for me to shop. therefore I need a delivery service that is prepared to deliver and not return to sender. They attempted twice to deliver, and have a very obscure way of trying to get in touch with you, neither the website or phone worked. i therefore cancelled my order after it was returned to yourselves after 4days. Suggestion, use parcel force or royal mail as they really try and deliver. 2) if people dont work they do not use web ordering, so meet your customers needs

Products are pleasant tasting

I order 'tropical' misspelt on your packet as 'topical' and it is sour like lemons. So I order 'Orange' and it it sour like lemons, exactly same taste. There's something wrong with your quality control, because a couple of the packets tasted OK in each batch. The rest are so sour they are hard to drink - very unpleasant!! You need to sort this out or I won't be ordering again. I have ordered 4 times now always the same.

I love the '5 a day' drink! I give my children this, in addition to a halthy diet packed with fruit and veg. They all like the taste, and combined with their daily healthy diet this ensures they actually get around 10 portions of fruit and veg each day!
