There advertising of some products is highly miss leading making your believe you are getting genuine OEM product yet they ship you knock off made in China product. I thought I was getting genuine Dewalt batteries that is why I was prepared to pay a premium $139- I received made in China junk - same junk you can buy on Amazon for under $50

Website Down No one answers emails guessing they gone bust

I hate these underpants. I bought the briefs and if you are wearing them under bike shorts or leggings they stay put, otherwise they creep into thongs. Big time annoying and uncomfortable!!!

Apalling customer service! Still havnt recieved my order or even any tracking details! Ordered using SHOP, who also have no updates! Multiple emails sent with zero response! Telephone never answered and messages left are ignored!
All together not a good shopping experience at all. I will be applying for a charge back through my bank.

Great store, excellent value

Had a minor issue with the stitching coming apart on a pair of Bjorn Borg underwear, the problem was responded to and resolved with immediate effect. Excellent customer service, will definitely recommend and use UNDERU again in the future.

This website is good

Order arrived okay but unfortunately I had to return due to them being too large. No returns label in box and the link to print off your own did not work so I had to contact UNDERU. Eventually got the link to print the label, where I clearly identified I wanted a refund. A few days later I received an email from UNDERU saying they received my returned items and asked if I wanted a smaller size. I explained I wanted a refund as per the returns label. Heard nothing back, chased a couple of times and heard nothing back from them. In the end I contacted PayPal who were brilliant as they got my money back straight away. I would not use this company again based on poor customer service. Also as an add on you have to pay to return items.

Good service. Product as described and delivered as promised

Received item ordered in good time but unfortunately they were not suitable and I had to return. Still waiting on refund after a couple of. weeks, have chased up but no success yet . Not great 😌
