Wrong colour Armani slippers

Ordered the Armani slippers as seen on website got a totally different colour was not happy as I liked the colour I ordered sent a picture to show them and ask why and still waiting as to why they are different to the 1s I ordered not happy won’t be ordering again

Items were delivered quickly

Items were delivered quickly. I found problems with some items. Boxes were damaged and no good to give has presents. Contacted customer service and I've been ignored. I'm wanting a returns label posting but being ignored.I will never purchase goods from underu ever again.
