Relatively quick and easy to use
 shame about the delivery method (expensive & inconvenient).

Relatively quick and easy to use website, despatch seemed quite quick - BUT I don't appreciate Royal Mail as the courier - especially when I paid extra for next day. I expect DHL or DPD. I wouldn't use again, if I have to waste my valuable time waiting within a 3-4 hour delivery window, as it has to be signed for, and Royal Mail aren't allowed to leave goods in safe places, even if I leave a note stating acceptance of responsibility, and giving RM permission to do so.
