My 4th Skoda is a top of the range Superb Laurent Klement version ,a lovely car BUT

Underwoods Sudbury are just the pits when it comes to customer service ,they truly just dont care at all . This is my fourth Skoda which means nothing to them . When my car broke down and I questioned them on how long it would take to get it back they said "Its an Unscheduled breakdown " ? ! which all breakdowns are . Get a bill for £2500.00 and the new part they fitted fails after a few weeks . Got it replaced by my local VW ?Audi garage (same Base car ) gave the failed part back to Underwoods two weeks ago and Nothing wont return my calls !,wonderful SERVICE would never go near them again if you do be warned !.

Too Hard to get the Car booked in. Every time I called reception team, they would transfer the call to the service team with no answer. I would not get a call back at first. This went on for days. When they did call back, I could not take the call. When I called back same loop. I feel they need to change the booking process as this went on for days. I gave up and went to another Sudbury company to resolve my problem. So happy with the other company, I consider this a bonus.
I used to use them prior to Covid and found them to be good. Not sure what's going on these days. Just sharing the experience.

On another issue I found the Skoda Clacton more on it compared to the Sudbury branch. I would have considered them, too far for me.
