Unifisupply レビュー

I ordered several Unifi products from them. A first shipment went out with what they had on stock. Then, whilst waiting for the remaining items to come on stock, I added a UCG-Fiber to my order and we agreed they would group the shipping with the out-of-stock items. A few weeks later, they just unilaterally cancelled the UCG-Fiber, almost certainly because their price went up by roughly 400Eur on that item and they no longer wanted to sell it to me at the original price. Didn't check their terms and conditions but regardless, this is not how you treat a customer with a 2000Eur+ order.
