Horrible company. Their customer service is absolute garbage. The only way to find a phone number is to go to private policy on their site. That information shoud be readily available. They take forever to respond to emails. You have to follow up multiple times. Their inventory management is not good enough. No updates for weeks, then orders canceled.

Incredibly disappointed. I placed an online order of soccer jerseys and emailed customer service to cancel it exactly 7 minutes later, well before any personalization could be printed or shipped labels created. Unisport completely ignored my emails after I reminded them of their policy, refused to cancel it, and shipped the item anyway. Forcing a returning customer to pay for an item I cancelled 7 minutes after ordering is bad business. Disputing this charge with my bank.

For context here is their policy as stated on their website:

"If your order is not yet shipped (or been printed on, if you have chosen print) you can contact us about cancelling your order. In most cases, we can help you cancel the order. If you want to have an order cancelled, please contact Unisport Customer Care as soon as possible."

Do not buy from here!!!
In ordered a men’s tshirt and was sent a youths size instead. Paid $10 for shipping. When trying to return it they’re charging another $10 for the return. Customer support is not responsive!

Poor shipping damages books shorted cards shorted and still waiting for customer service response

As a previous WeGotSoccer customer, I’ve really noticed a lot of improvements with UniSport Soccer. Orders ship fast, everything arrives on time, and the overall experience feels smoother and easier than before. Still the same great place for soccer gear, just even better now.
