In the beginning, the insurance company was very friendly and helpful. However, after I made my first claim, their service deteriorated significantly. One issue was that they marked claims as paid on their system, but the funds never appeared in my account. This happened five times over two months, and I repeatedly asked them to provide proof of payment, as nothing was reflected in my bank account. Only after three weeks of back-and-forth emails did they finally make the payment. They are extremely unreliable when it comes to paying out claims, yet they are quick to increase policy fees, claiming you are making too many claims—claims they haven't even paid out.

In short, After 5years of searching out to an insurance company called IBU and Unisure group/Unilife in UK/London
At first request, A guy called Adam Zutler from IBUnderwritters with Holly Christie working for Unisuregroup looked into my late partners ID number, Name and his surname and I was asked to send proof of my relationship with him.
Sent them, came back and said the claims team reviewed and will process with the claim.
Then I was asked to send through all the documents required for the claim of my late partner to be processed.

After a week of correspondence, I asked them about the second policy if it also belongs to them, a company changed and say they don’t issue policies and they don’t have my partner on their systems.
They have someone with a similar name.
Which contradict the stance of our first engagement emails available on hand)

They further went to advise to look for the right company even though they sent me some Claim forms to fill out.
I have gone further by escalating the matter to their complaints department with no answers to my questions and resolution to date.
My quiry was handled by a lady called Sarah Dransfield.
She also disappeared without answering me/ helping me.
