Great insurance company

Sent out my house insurance in paper form, which I prefer,.. without any hassle, documents arrived quickly, First insurance company I've ever had who reduced my yearly house insurance,first class service,public friendly company which helps when choosing who to buy your insurance from, one of the best out there

Poor service from start to finish.

Poor service from start to finish.
Took out a plan through uinsure and answered all of their questions honetly and to the best of my knowledge, however I then tried to make a claim on my roof which was then declined as the insurer said it was wear and tear.
I am not a roof specialist and did not know that the roof was not in a good state of repair, and I was not advised to get it, or any other part of the house checked by a professional. I could only answer the question as best as I knew, and the roof was not leaking so I of course assumed it was all ok. I had not been up there and nor had I been told to check it either. The uinsure questions are literelly "is your house in generally a good state of repair".
I think that this could be an issue for many people out there and I think they need to do more to help stop things like this happen yet they just want the money.
During the cliams process, I found the whole process very restrictive and geared around trying not to pay out.

I can’t recommend Finance highly


I can’t recommend Finance highly enough. From the very beginning, the whole mortgage process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Everything was explained clearly and in simple terms, which made me feel confident and fully informed at every stage.
