Everything is good.carpet fitted well. Bed delivery theycould wear shoe covers as they got mud all over stair carpet it was a rainy day.

Excellent Service & Great Experience
I recently purchased flooring from United Carpets and was really impressed from start to finish. The team were friendly, helpful, and very informative — nothing was too much trouble. I had a small issue after installation, but it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The finance process was also quick and easy, making everything stress-free. I’m delighted with the result and would definitely recommend United Carpets to anyone looking for great products and outstanding service!

Expensive underlay but poor quality, lots of hard bits in the mix that you can feel when walking on it.
Not worth paying for underlay to get the fitting.

Excellent Service
On entering the Cannock store we were greeted with a friendly hello, leaving us time to browse. We made our choices and then we were approached by Charlotte who made recommendations on which carpet would be most suitable. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We made our decision and arranged fitting. The team they sent were prompt, polite and very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Everyone I have come into contact with at United Carpets in Cannock have been not only professional and efficient but also friendly and pleasant - not only the manageress and all in the showroom but also the carpet fitters who have done an excellent job and have been very helpful.
