Faat delivery, diligent team!
First bed I ordered wouldn't fit up my stairs, not for the lack of effort from the delivery guys who spent the better part of an hour trying to make it fit. The alternative option was delivered quickly and just as efficiently.

Communication is not their strong…
Communication is not their strong point.
We ordered our carpet at the end of October 2023 and were told it would be two weeks until it came in. It was fitted today, over 6 and a half weeks later.
We called at the 2.5 week point and were told it may be in on the coming monday and this was what we were told three times. The third time being provisionally booked in for the 14th December. We called this week and were told it had been in for a week and a half, and ‘clearly’ we had been told this as it was booked in for fitting. We then got a call on the 12th advising that fitting on Thursday may be difficult as the fitter was busy, so it would be late on. They managed to squeeze us in on the 13th, at 9.30. They arrived around 1 hour late.
The fitters were friendly enough.
We have had every carpet from the same store over the years, and have always had good experiences. The difference noted is that there have been a change in staff/manager and they have clearly given up on the customer service side of their role.
Really disappointed and wont be buying anymore products from them.

We are really sorry to hear that your carpet took longer than expected to be delivered.
The type of carpet you ordered is a special order carpet that comes direct from one of our suppliers. Although we ordered the carpet for you the day you made your purchase, there was a delay from the manufacturer, which was unfortunately outside of our control.
Because the carpet took longer than expected to arrive, we were keen to get you the earliest possible fitting slot. The reason that your fitting date was changed was that an earlier fitting slot the day before you were book on became available, so we moved your appointment closer to get your carpet fitted as soon as we could.
With regards to the customer service in store, we are sorry to hear that you felt it was not up to our usual high standards.
Our team at the Preston store have been in place for a number of years and work hard to deliver the best possible service, however we have passed all of your comments onto the store management to see where we could have improved this time.

Ew Bedroom Carpet
My wife and I visited the Preston branch looking for a carpet for our bedroom. They had a very good selection and it didn't take us long to find exactly what we wanted. A few days later the carpet fitter arrived at our house and had the carpet fitted in no time.We are really please with how good it looks and how it feels to walk on. Excellent service.

Very helpful staff who adviced with good knowledge on the type of carpet and underlay we should consider.
Flexible on the date of installation.
Very quick installation, without compromising on quality!
I would definitely recommend and would go back again for other rooms!
