Urban Arrow

We absolutely love our Urban Arrow. We use our bike as a daily commuter here in Connecticut to take our son to preschool. I am docking 1 star as the app won’t work here in the USA which was very disappointing, and finding a distributor to purchase the bike was difficult.

Great services and the bike is amazing!

Purchased the UA in May and have put over 1000km on it in a 3 months.

What a life changing purchase this has been! I usually load up my 2 year old son and 5 year old bernadoodle on family adventures. Absolutely love the freedom the bike offers!

It's really well designed and there's absolutely nothing about it that I would change. Super super happy with the quality of the bike. Great value for money.

I use this bike in Cambridge England. Lots of bike and pedestrian traffic, narrow streets and gates to get through. But no problem. My favourite thing about this bike is that it scares everyone out of my way. Secondly, I love the speed and ease of getting my kids to school, sports clubs, trips etc. Thirdly, my kids looooooove it. They want to go everywhere it it, even after 2 years of use that hasn't faded. A free sticker would really make their day 😊 Forthly, maintenance is super minimal. Fithtly, it's faster to travel around this city with this bike than a car and costs a fraction when you consider car insurance, repairs, fuel etc. My whole family love this bike.

The Urban Arrow Family Next feels surprisingly light and nimble for such a large cargo bike. It is easy to manoeuvre and feels very stable while riding, even with children or extra weight in the front.

The cargo box is extremely spacious, with plenty of room for children, bags, shopping and everyday family gear. Despite its size, the bike has a beautiful, sleek design that feels modern and premium.

The suspension is another standout feature. Shock absorption is excellent, smoothing out bumps, uneven paving and rougher roads very well.

One area that could be improved is the rear wheel slide lock. It works, but the design feels a little flimsy compared with the rest of the bike. A more robust, solid locking mechanism would better match the overall quality of the Urban Arrow Family Next.

Overall, it combines the practicality of a very large family cargo bike with a light, refined and comfortable riding experience.

I really like the bike, I use it every day, and I like how convenient it is.
However, had a bad experience with the montage at the bike shop. Both of the peddles independently fell off within the first two weeks and the module did not connect properly. The gps chip also was not connected properly.
Making an appointment for maintenance after one year was a huge hassle and they did not adjust the chain properly.
The rubbers on the stand were of low quality, not what I would expect from a bike in this price range, and small scratches occur easily.

One of the best products we own. It's our favorite mode of transportation, and it also doesnt break down. Highly likely to recommend! We have 3 kids and I don't think there is a bike more suitable to move more than 2 kids around, either.

Exactly how I wanted it to be! We re exploring more ground together now! And our we has expanded with our dog, she is now a bike dog. Only need a small adjustment in the seating arrangement for her. Imagine a doggy with ears flapping in de wind enjoying the ride!

Best bike experience ever.
It’s incredibly safe and easy to ride, even for a first time biker like me. It has given our family so much more independence and made everyday logistics so much easier.
School drop offs, playdates, and after school activities are now much easier to organise, and much cheaper too. It has genuinely made a big difference to our daily life, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

I bought my Urban Arrow Cargo Line XT about a year and a half ago and it's been a really solid purchase.
The build quality is clearly a step up from cheaper cargo bikes I'd looked at, the electric assist makes a loaded box feel almost weightless, and it handles predictably even when my kids (4 and 7) are in there with groceries on top. The rain cover has been a lifesaver through Amsterdam winters.

The quality of the bike is wonderful. It's a pleasure to ride on this bike to carry your children and/or your groceries. No need for a car anymore for: going to the animal farm, bringing/taking the kids or grocery shopping ;)

Cannot go without my Urban Arrow bike. It’s reliable and easy to ride. Durable and good service. Enough space for three kids or two kids with school bags. Happy customer!

Parents love it, kids love it. It just works and is always ready
